    You did good bro! So when i was building my 110cc I decided that i was going with the case reed on EBAY that is for sale. I Bought it and its been in the box still til i can afford to get a proper REAL PISTON And Then Have It Sent To Be Built And Timed Correctly Along With Balanced but the listing said it was already balanced "in China" LOL But Yea Still Get You A DLH SUPER CLUTCH and GO Better PIPE YZ 65 Pipe And DONE But As She Sits Now DONE! Why would I buy a DLH super clutch when I make the kits lol! You know I'm only one that makes 6 spring one's right lolz? Here is my dual head MS460 engine you can see 6 spring clutch on that one lolz th-cam.com/video/4DuCpYtrShk/w-d-xo.html

    Nice man, I feel like as you said it takes a lot of work just to make it run decent instead of being worse than a stock 80cc china motor, so I personally wouldnt go through this hassle when i can make something like a 460, which I personally made one and it didnt seem as bad as this 110 build. You did a great job gotta give you credit for that!

      @@BuildBreakFix actually going to buy an 85v3 I'll let you know how it goes I'm gonna take it apart first because it's my 4th engine kit to check for snag what do you think are good power and speed upgrades for the phantom 85?

    • @BuildBreakFix
      @BuildBreakFix  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes way to much work to get what you end up with. If you enjoy a challenge sure. If not then run in other direction fast from this one lol. They actually are making v2 of this engine modeled after one I just sent them copy of this bikes engine.

    • @BuildBreakFix
      @BuildBreakFix  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HighMileageOffroad phantom 85 has ring bulge issue. Bottom ring catches the intake cause the cut the port to wide. Sometimes it's so wide pin even runs over the port which makes it even worse! Honestly solve it easy! Take bottom ring off. Compression is still well above 145psi with 1 ring.

    • @BuildBreakFix

  • @dmoore0079
    @dmoore0079 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Not bad at all for just correcting the port timing! Are you running a 36T sprocket?

    • @BuildBreakFix
      @BuildBreakFix  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nope stock 44t. But yes no mods to ports other then cleaning them up. All stock timing! Just spacer and crank stroke change to fix its issues!

    • @dmoore0079
      @dmoore0079 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@BuildBreakFix I saw the corrected timing numbers, and they don't look too bad. Exhaust duration is a smidge low, but blowdown is right about where you want it to be. Good setup for a torque monster!

    • @BuildBreakFix
      @BuildBreakFix  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@dmoore0079 I didn't touch the ports! they are all stock ports! Was not my goal to port this one or mod it! Next one on the other hand will be ported and reed valve added. I already have that top end on my table lol! I just wanted to fix a broken engine so others can get an idea of what you get when you finish, that kind of thing for this build! I didn't even want one of these lol! but to many requested me to try fix one! I plan on riding this a bit then cutting it in half for a timing video. I will replace the top end with ported 99.9% on money timed top end with reed valve shortly after that though! Get rid of this crappy carb adaptor lol that was another request to try LOL clutch cable issue with it!

    Hey I have a question I broke a ring it snagged the top of intake if I get rid of that little bit of damage, I’m going to be removing about 1 1/2 mms of material from the top of the intake I know that’s not supposed to be done, but I have to do it, so what else do I have to do to compensate for me raising the intake? I could really use your help please. Thank you sir.

    • @BuildBreakFix
      @BuildBreakFix  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Honestly if you fix the rings and the little ding won't matter any in cylinder wall if it's a "indent" if it's "raised" it will cause issue! Don't go crazy grinding off it or it changes the port durations. You can remove about 1 or 2 mm not to much will change! If the ring snagged on the port! You can bevel the edges of the port with small file from outside of the port inward toward where cylinder goes pretty easy! Bevel on ports walls won't hurt anything just dont go crazy deep lol!

      @@BuildBreakFix Have you ever messed with any jackshaft kits? Some say it's more trouble than worth. Other videos show jack shaft kits that look like they're running decent. I could understand it being a waste on a stock engine with no power. Since some power is lost turning the extra chains & sprockets,etc... But thinking on a 52mm chainsaw build with a stronger mid drive e-bike chain. Might be worth the money & hassle if you live in a hilly area.
