This channel is everything about motorized bicycles of any kind! We done every kind of motorized bicycle gas build there is and now looking forward to the new Ebike side of this hobby! currently trying to work out few deals and such! soon hope to be going toward that direction since so many want to see what is really inside these bikes!
You know I will take that thing apart, part by part and see what is inside why it works like it does and if it's bad or good well that depends on how well it's made. I think people should know what they are buying and be educated on what is inside and why it works the way it doesn. like every hobby some companies hit the mark and make a great product and some well just don't!

How To Cut & Mount A CVT On A 5/8 Shaft Motorized Bicycle Build
I have had this question asked 100's of times now with all the new 100cc kits being sold with 5/8 shafts on them. There is a way to double key one! It takes a bit of Elbow grease like everything in this hobby. But you can for sure mount a CVT on your motorized bicycle build. Motorized bike builds with a CVT have tons of low end power and lots of high end spunk to drive pretty small sprockets or belt drives. It really takes the motor bike 4 stroke hobby to the next level of fun.

so everyone said buy this! it's horrible! look the reviews! ....... honestly the horrible parts was the paint job. which if you clean it up some with acetone. you should have a decent runner. I was told by many this engine was blasted with paint 😜 yes in fact it was 😆. My goal is not max speed here! The goal is to make a bike run at a sustainable rpm range and keep up with traffic. I want a bike that can go past 45 yes. But I want my engine to not explode trying. I want to keep this as a daily rider build. Not a constant repair build. Just a little tip. Alcohol does not evaporate below 70F and does not burn properly in the cold weather. For best results run that fuel on the hottest of days. It will keep your engine cooler too.

Im at 19:22 an im like looking at my clutch then looking at that cvt package man thats alotta moving parts idk if ill ever try one considering how many clutches i have not one did i wear out i always swaped them out i have 10tooth 420 chain 11 #35 12 13 14 teethed clutches im hearing the 15 lol is the one to get u to 88mph tho 😆 🤣 😂

Got a question u may know I have a 380 chain saw jug is it compatible with 80 cc stroke engine? I want to figure out to make it work.. thanks for any suggestions u maybe able to give .. pin bearing ect I know I'll have to modify but never done it before.

I really wish I woulda done my research before I bought.i literally trusted a friend that knew Kurt Smolik so I assumed he would get me a good one from him.nope I paid $400 for just the engine,then another $100 for him to weld up my pipe and he loaned me a head,gave me the wrong plug to start,the crank slid side to side,ruined my magnito and stripped the magnet bolt on and I can’t even get it off to try n fix the issue.now I gotta scrap that bottom end and start over.i have another bottom end to use.can u tell me for sure is it long rod or short?it looks long.anyway thanks for all the info man
@@davechap7819 almost positive it will be a (long rod) only very few builds use short rods. Like 2. Do you mean stroke length? When in doubt! Go for 40mm stroke. 10mm spacer. If you have a 38mn stroke it's a 8mm spacer . Start standing lol. 400 grit works perfectly start to finish. If you have a short rod it's 88mm center to center of its holes. If you have a long rod 115mm center to center of its holes. Sholes be easy enough to eye with a metric 📏. Hope that helps some! Edit if you have short rod no go on the minirelli build! Needs to be a long rod crank! Not unsave able. Just needs a crank swap. Lots of elbow grease

For all those that wonder. I explained in a later video how to get the rear pulley to expand correctly with making a new spring hole. In another video.
Is cvt adding the weight really better then a good 13tooth max torque got my mini going 50 easy with 60t on the bizzzack

For those who don't have a press for inserting the bearings . Freeze your parts , they will contract and fit together allot easier. Works on all metal parts.

What exactly do you think a phantom 85 is... Copy of a Ms460 saw build. Avenger 85 has higher compression ratios....

You need a 1k 10 watt resistor@@RaoulDuke224 that is if you're planning on using a spark plug coil also known as a fly back transformer

This is the hsk 850.bigger then a 70mm piston in mine. Gotta remember these are actually imperial engines though! Everything is fractions
