The voice modulator only works for a short time once you start using it. Just a bit before you tried to take someone out with the weapons crate, Scarecrow told the soldiers to stop listening to your fake orders and only follow his commands since the Knight is gone.
Earlier in the video on Stagg's airship, the Knight also said "okay, you learned some new tricks. He's mimicking my voice, switch channels!" at 2:15.
That said, you can use it again in the next encounter, until the bad guy in charge once again tells them "Hey, he's tricking you idiots".

14:53 I belive that what you are trying to do is just hit'em on te ground, to do that just hold R2/RT and punch, batman will prioritize grounded enemies over standing ones. Pressing R2/RT and cape will start a critical beatdown on grounded enemies, and R2/RT and counter will do a ground takedown. The grounded prioritizing isn't very spread. It's no surprise people dont know about it.

Not true. Robin was Matthew Mercer, Scarecrow was John Noble, and Nightwing was Scott Porter.
If you were talking serieswide, you'd be kinda right, since he voiced Nightwing and Robin in Arkham City. Though he has never voiced Scarecrow.
I love how The Batman 2021 batmobile was The first time ever since 2016 Skwad when it was fully %100 canon with original comics ie no guns on it (partly because of 1941 restrictions , batplane did have machine guns after all) and first time in live action it is very similar to a normal car (which is also most canon to original and classic comics) then modders make it available with guns...

Troy Baker killed it as Jason in my opinion. You can hear the brokenness in his voice and it works considering what he wants through in this universe. I just wish we got to play as him to kill the Suicide Squad in that terrible game
Definitely should check out a serious house on serious earth Batman Arkham asylum has taken a lot of inspiration from that comic
U can see how the joker (that only exists in batmans head) moves the gun closer to barbara, which shows that it was a illusion caused by fear toxin
Tips for next skins: Warworld batman, Knightmare batman (from BvS), Dark Knights of Steel batman and the last one Nite Owl from watchmen (this is similar to one of the suits already used but maybe you will stile like it)

Ground take down is R2+Y but you cant parry any attack while doing it so its very likely to get hit while doing it if its done at a bad time R2+B will pick them up and you can do the fast punches like when you cape stun them

Yo, there's a little trick for the Cobra tanks. You can hack them and make them turn against each other. That way, you can go behind and blow them up faster, just a lil trick
You could also use the disruptor but you gotta unlock the upgrade
