The public perception of Arkham Origins has changed so drastically over the years. I vividly remember people hating it upon release because it wasn’t Rocksteady. It was like that for a while after release, too. Glad to see people have caught on to it’s awesomeness.

so true. never understood that. i literally love it. yes arkham city and asylum were iconic and great and what i grew up with before, and story wise great, especially the ending with the joker etc, but i just LOVE beginnings, especially with batman. when its introduction time, to relive the moments where the gruesomeness of the joker really hits, and THAT was portraied SO good int he game for me
Been loving it since 2013. Arkham Origins online was awesome.

As a Bruce and Sonic fan it’s always cool hearing this guy voice act in like a happy Sonic voice then in this game he does a dark sounding Batman voice.
Arkham origins is definitely my favorite and you said it yourself it's underrated

I was only 9 at the time but I remember how much hate it go back then, people would always talk about how it’s the same as Arkham city but Arkham city was was incredible so I’m not complaining.
I've been playing these games for like 10 years and yet, your performance in that stealth section on the ship blew my mind, that was incredible
The soundtrack alone for this game is underrated. Christopher Drake killed it. He's also done some fantastic work on the DC animated movies.

I'll die on this Hill but Batman Arkham Origins is the best Batman game ever created besides Arkham Knight this has the best combat system the best visuals and the best mechanics and the best bosses
Other than the multiplayer mode/achievements, I'd say it's more fun than asylum.
I love this game for his character design, boss fights and its the first batman game voice acted in my native languague, it was a surprise that made me smile a lot in the first time
My brother said that Arkham Origins is very underrated and he thinks that it is one of the best Batman Arkham games and i love this game deep down and I'm hoping for this game to get a remaster or a remake, would anyone agree with me?

This man is back with prep time on stealth and its still mesmerizing to watch. Also sped run through the deathstroke fight, that will always be a great boss to watch.

@@guillermogarcia4512They didn’t, not on PC at least. I encountered multiple almost game breaking bugs and there was almost always something glitching out for most of the game

arkham origins is my favorite game in the series, the cutscenes, graphics, suit design, more of a focus on Alfred and the bat cave, the snowy setting, boss fights, everything is fire asf
I loved Arkham Origins (the boss fight were great.) and it had some of the best dlc I’ve ever played but the bugs that never got fixed really held this game back.

that's the most unorthodox way to clear the ship's surface I've ever seen, usually i go extra stealthy with it, ends up more like IGI, memorizing the moves, starting with the sniper on top, the the 2nd, ending up with smoke pelleting the 2 guards in front of the door.

personally i played it when i was younger caus i liked how the suit looked bigger and had shorter ears but also absolutely loved the game
Its got one of the best storys in the arkham series especially with the time it is set in, in batmans earlier days when hes more aggresive and lesser experienced. I also liked the story of the black mask setting a bounty on batman and having all these assasins after him and seeing deathsroke fighting in a batman game, also loved their portrayal of bane in this game so unfortunate what they did with him in the other games. I guess people just didnt like it because it wasnt rocksteady
Tip if you ever want to play, Arkham origins level up combat resistance don’t do the bullet resistance because without combat resistance, you are going to easily lose a good while against deathstroke
Yeah origins is my personal favorite due to it like year 2 so he is on his own plus in this game he was literally vengeance.

Fundamentally the #1 criticism of this game is ''It's made by a different studio, it doesn't count'' And people saying it aren't even willing to try it because of that.
Hopefully that argument has been put to rest now that SSKTJL launched and it's made by Rocksteady as a direct sequel and it's dire.
Studio should not be a factor as to weather or not a game is ''good''. If it's good, it's good.

I LOVED it and never got the hate.
Other than the color tone and design I thought this one was better overall than Arkham Knight.
Knight is and always will be my favorite but origins is a close second.
Knights is also my favorite but the boss fight in origins hit different

Such a good game I love it so much
It was mainly hampered by the needless retcons, bugs and the story twist of Black Mask not being Black Mask. And if you want to 100 % this game, it's Dark Knight System is awkward because you have limited windows of opportunities to finish it.
But it is still a really good game. In many many ways it's better than Asylum. Roger Craig Smith does a great job voicing an angrier, inexperienced Batman.

That Deathstroke fight is the best boss fight in the entire franchise.
I love the Rocksteady games, but they suck(ed) at boss fights. Wish they'd taken some lessons from this one.

I’ll rise you a better memory. Remember when your parents or in my case my grandma would be shopping and you go to game demos and play them till they were finished lol. Also I hated how this looked when my friend got it. To me it looked like a bad ps2 game. However after playing it on Wii U I’m glad I finally played it but it’s probably my least favorite. The bosses were good and story was ok. I loved the detective scenes but I hated the challenges for skill points. You have to do them in order and I was remembering a bunch at once. When i finally realized what was going on I already finished all the stealth parts and last I remember, there’s no new game plus so I’d have to do whole game again trying to unlock everything.
There is a NG+ and you and you can resume the challenges there. But yes, having to do the challenges in the right order and with limited opportunities to achieve them was annoying.
origins was the best, the combat, epic boss battles

all 4 of the batman games are amazing. there totally isn't more than 4. they totally didn't make a suicide squad game set in the arkhamverse. that game doesn't exist.

I liked Origins a lot. I think the lower ratings were due to the lack of content in comparison to Arkham City
