Thanks! Cheesing means killing them in a non "warrior" way, like just throwing rocks at them or shooting arrows from a place they can't reach until they die. It's easier and can be more optimal but it's not impressive you know

I find these enemies to be the hardest enemies in the game to block for me personally the spiders are easier for me than this.

I got to the point where I was blocking perfectly from instinct, but I have troubles deciphering the black widows attack patterns, could you make a video on how to tell what combos amount coordinates with what movements?

Actually it already did a 3 hit combo but in some recent update they made it do it even if you perfect block the first one, which was not the case before

Havent done Souls but 100% ed Bloodborne + Lords of The Fallen and I agree it sure helps. Not sure which is scarier being caught in the dark with multiple bugs or those damn screaming witches in Lv 5 dungeons of Bloodborne. Either way you've got to be on your toes at all times in both games (Woah mode of course ;-)....)

Perhaps but whats great about the game is you can cheese/play safe or be a skilled ninja assassin and the game appeals to both so win win for the devs (and us in the end). I actually hate using bows. The Crossbow handles like crap and the Insect variant hardly does any damage but its good for kiting stuff away/arousing attention....so you can then ultimately take a swing at 'em lol. Still working out how to spear mosquitoes though. They just dance over my head since this 1.0. malarkey. They seemed to stay closer and easier to melee in 0.12-0.13
