Watching this makes me tear up a little, as I used to go through the CBD every day in 2016 when I travelled from Rockingham to Joondalup to go to TAFE. I certainly miss those days so much, and watching this just takes me right back to those times.
Congratulations for actually managing to capture 3002 IN SERVICE! 3002 is, while only 9 years old, now the most unreliable bus in the Transperth fleet. It spends most of its time sitting somewhere in Malaga Depot, refusing to start up. Noting that 3002 is the most unreliable bus, the 2nd most unreliable bus is 3000, the Scania L94UA CNG demonstrator, and the only CNG-Powered L94UA in the world.
I frequented the 406 a while ago, and they occasionally ran the 3001 and 3002 on that route during the school rush hours. The thing I remember about them was how dark and weird-smelling they were on the inside.
Bus spotting - Must pull that up as a hobby one day after finishing school. I probably park my car somewhere and near the bus depot picture every bus coming
No, I assume it was just a one off, probably a demonstration unit. Transperth have been buying Volvo B7RLE's for the last couple of years and more recently, the B8RLE.

Same, I remember my mom taking me to TAFE as I was like 3 years old
Definitely brings back the days. But times have changed and nearly all of this, the Transperth fleet has changed and been flushed out by volvos.
those renault’s are just so oldschool i love it
@lwf51 unfortunately they are, i miss them. remind me of my early childhood years
My toddler loves buses at the moment, this video is perfect, thank you!

Fantastic video! Love the sound of the Mercedes OC500le buses. My favourite.
Gotta love catching the bus here in Perth
If only I could say the same about catching the bus in Melbourne :'(
Nice Video 😊
It’s cool cuz in each bus are people that chose not to be driven around and are therefore saving the environment.
5:51 3002 seebeesixtee is in service, wow

I don't know why, but I always loved Volgren body kits on buses.

Welcome to my city
Is that odd looking bendy bus at the end new or old?
#3002 was built in 2009. It's an Iveco Citelis 18 CNG and it's the only one in the Transperth bus fleet.
ThebusofdoomFSX is it hey going to be more of them?
Is there*

THE CITELIS 18 CNG
I enjoyed the video. It sounds very loud and noisy however.
