I hear you man. I’m 47 and came across Coach Corey Wayne on You Tube in early 2016 and subsequently read his book How To Be A 3% Man a total of 13 times. Of course as I started listening to AND APPLYING this type of content there were other you tube channels that popped up that I started listening to as well, I just came across Casey’s channel last year and this dude is truly phenomenal at his age and offers so much great advice, I just wish this type of information had been presented to me when I was in my 20’s

A key thing I've learned from periodically tuning in to his videos is staying solid in the ability to restrain yourself from temptation, distraction, whilst remaining Obedient to your own disciplines to seek satisfaction from the true reward of self-improvement over the cheap thrill of pleasure. When I first heard Casey say "don't seek pleasure", and "don't seek sex with women" he didn't mean that these things won't happen, he meant that IF we focus on our own improvement and our own stacking, the pleasures and women will appear organically. It's really a matter of our internal priorities.

Ages are pretty spot on..I was a Chad 21 through 25..at 25 I had an epiphany and moved from there to being a provider and settled down with a younger woman. I had long term plans and by 37 I was separated and a full time single father of 2. Am 46 now and the amount of woman in various ages still want to lock me down cause apparently single full time dads are sexy. Good stuff gentlemen keep on your mission I got sidetracked and complacent only cause the kids mom wasnt of high value. if you have kids make sure picker is on point or you can go through absolute hell as a man. I learned from it and remembered who I was before and became that guy again. I haven't chased a girl since high school and the girls come to you. stay on your purpose and you won't need a woman, they will need you.

You are on target Mr. Zander. Probably your best video to date. The College Professor/Instructor is without a doubt your forte. Zero emotion, just the facts. No profanity for impact because it is not necessary. Keep it clean. Remember, you are appealing to all kinds of men, but the intellectual is what you are really after. I want you to consider something. Is this just about men? A woman has be up to par with a man of this caliber. From what I have seen in 2021: Women are unkempt. overweight, and not particularly very cordial. I think women also need a course or two in how to be a good selection for a high-caliber male. These are indeed important things in any life of high quality. However there are issues of spiritual attainment of knowledge and spiritual service to the world that are highly important in life as well, for a man of truly high value. As well as the issues of highly creative art.
The old Indians talked about the broad virtue categories of Artha, Kama, Dharma and Moksha, and those are all valid no matter your religion, they are specifically valid for Christians (the exoteric religion i was raised into).
You are speaking mostly about Artha virtues (health, wealth, reproduction), with a hint at Kama (having fun, being attractive) and Dharma (being on your purpose), while hardly mentioning Moksha virtues at all (detaching from shallow things, finding independence in yourself regardless of external circumstances, transcending the separate personal self, finding salvation in the true Christian sense of following the path of Jesus, leading to perfection of the qualities of your soul, not merely your body/personality).
As for myself i was early on motivated to cultivate Moksha and Dharma virtues (from a very Christian perspective), cultivating necessary Kama and Artha virtues only later on in my life (because it was so unbalanced), which makes my stance to life very much different from that of most men (or women).
Instead of first creating a stable personality before trying to get in touch with my soul (at old age), i rather did massive effort to get in touch with my soul (in order to be able to view life as meaningful at all, rather than as unnecessary, illusionary nonsense preceding the state of certain, eternal, meaningless death, which view was caused by early wrong indoctrination, especially false theology breaking down before my sharp intellect, and false materialism becoming meaningless to my caring heart, but also erroneous views on family life and career), at the cost of more or less shattering my personality and bringing my body to burn-out, and now i am in the process of building a new strong personality as a worthy vessel to the soul consciousness i already found, and to repair my body to be able to host such a strong personality, and the intense consciousness of my soul radiating through it. This i do in a very purposeful, no-nonsense, un-dogmatic, critical and openminded way, shunning shame- and guilt based morality while simultaneously following a high ethos of my own choosing, based on the observation of its factual value.
Building my game, charisma, purpose and skill set is very important for me at this stage (now that i have already more or less transcended mere personality in my conscious experience), because i desire to channel the purpose of my soul through family life, career, friendships and other personal things, while at the same time remaining unmoved in my core, now that my deepest traumas blocking this calmness have been already triggered and healed.
I am strong willed, empathic and intelligent enough to succeed in this no matter how much effort or time it takes; giving up or letting fear guide me has become irrelevant and useless to me.
I am 38 years old, and in the process of very confidently manifesting high value first internally in my person, and then naturally in my external life.
Using all the valuable skills i can find to heal my body, to build a firm high quality personality, to set a good example for my children, to get back into working business, to expose the traitor who stole my wife on false grounds, to reattract her into my frame, and to give her a serious chance of reconciliation and true partnership with me, if she is willing to put in as much effort as i am. Majority of people aren't going to medical school or law school in this current generation engineering is moderate but I think he's saying workout but don't piss everything else out like school, college etc. You can still do them but still workout helps in the long run.👌
I generally agree with the other perameiters espoused by Casey but lot not mention education from age 16-21is nuts. During these 5 years you will determine the qualidey of student you are the caliber of school you will attend which will then directly retail teachers to the college you attend. And then the masters program and then the PhD program and the type of schools you attend will dictate your salaries. So I had a great body and a 2.,0 gpa at western Connecticut university...I’m not gonnng places with these stats and the job is going to suck but hey I’m Jack so I occasionally smash and always get dumped by herpergimation and I stuck in a dead end job because i fucked up my grades in college because all I did was work out and eat right and get good Streep and fafiled exams left and right and probably didn’t even graduate..This plan / strategy had a major hole in the ,impremenationprocess that is going to doom substantial amounts of men to $50k jobs at best.
