Do you think you will keep it after listing all of those cons which to me were telling especially the customer “service”. If you were to return it, do you have to pay for shipping? Also, does Echelon have any retail presence so you can look at the treadmill in person first? Thanks!
@nellieforbes2216 Hello, and that's great to hear! I am still debating that, honestly. Returns are free within the 30 days. And there is no retail presence that I know of in Canada or the USA.
Nice review! It checks a lot of boxes for what i'm looking for. Do you know what the deck height is when in use and not inclined? I'm seeing conflicting info online and a lot of people seem to post stuff about the 6s when they clearly have the 6s--10 shown. Echelon mentions a 7" deck height and some websites mention confusing language (e.g., "When the treadmill is folded, the deck is only 8.5” high. When the console collapses, it is 12” tall.").
On the Canadian website, I don’t know if it’s a typo but I saw a review for the stride 6s and they said to access 11/12 incline you have to use the roller to scroll up. I was just wondering if it was the same. 😊
@alysonrmccabe hello, I'd say the average person could definitely get it vertical with no issues. I can only see issues for people that are short ex. under 5 feet tall as the running deck is long.
Hi, it took 10 days for mine but, there was no tracking number sent or any communication from echelon. My local delivery company just called me randomly and said they when they were coming. Id imagine it would take longer now with the influx of shipping due to the holidays, though
Hi, the speed is in miles per hour and I could not find any way to change it. I also reached out to Echelon customer service and was told to their knowledge speed can only be in miles/hour. The distance on mine seems to be in kilometres, as the distance lines up to my smartwatch's distance recorded which is set in kilometres. However, for those in the USA, I imagine the default distance would be in miles.

The website says it has a 12 level incline, but the console says 10, I’m wondering what the other 2 setting are and if you know?
Hello, I'm not sure what the website said that you are referring to, but this treadmill only has 10 levels of incline, and up to 12.5mph speed.

@CAlferez Oh, the Stride 6S is a different unit than what I have the Stride 6. That may be why or could be a typo.
@@AbbyBReviewing each incline is 1.2 instead of level 1, thats why it says 10, a bit cheap imo
@FABReviewsUK hi to clarify the incline can be adjusted by 1, while the speed can be adjusted by 1 or by 0.1. That is what my unit states anyway.
To get it vertical, was it quite heavy and difficult? Do you think that would be doable for an average person inbetween every workout?

Did you figure out whether or not you can change from mph to kmph? I can’t tell what the distance/speed units are in. I think it’s miles per hour.
