Great to see you back out. I had a Firepot chilli last weekend, whilst on a walk in Snowdonia. I was of the same opinion and thought the same, that salt and pepper was needed. It was nice though.
Thanks Alan! I found some of the Firepots a bit hit and miss and dont rehydrate fully (I bought a load in one go so Im still going through them!) some are nice though!

@@jossthomas123456 shucks that's a shame Diolch yn fawr for the link - looks like a good deal! I have always used a £10 clip on book light with white and warm light mode, varying brightness (I prefer warm light for sleep). This might prove to be a decent upgrade though ! Diolch again!

I agree on that. If I'd have left mine any longer to rehydrate, it would've been a touch cold.
@@al_outdoors absolutely. Last weekend I tried letting it soak in the bag while also in a pot of shallow hot water but it fared no better.
