It takes great courage for a person staying in the diaspora to take a decision to come back home. Thank you for teaching people about the goat farming business. I just hope people in the diaspora will consider coming back home also. Thanks for the video Kelvin.

Wishing her and her husband well and all success in their ventures. I can very much identify with her and her initial failures around the same time, unfortunately hyper inflation, scarcity of feed, etc, I suffered huge losses.
    Very informative and enlightening.

Bro Sifiso thank you for sharing this phenomenal lady with us her story is educational & cautionary at the same time. With al the knowledge & passion she used her own money to fund her goat business it’s a shame that our governments don’t give financial support to our own to help our economies but would rather give to foreigners

Im 18, female. Currently in Scotland… ive only been here for 3 months, grew up in SA and once i got in the uk i realised that i dont want to e a foreigner for the rest of my life, why face racism when you have a home where u fit and aren’t different, im going into health as soon as i graduate next year but when i turn 23/24 i want to go back to zim and pursue farming, ive been watching alot of these videos on farmers who left diaspora but my question is, would this be a risky move hence im still young? Or should i move back later when i grow older but in all honesty i dont want that, im so confused!

Can’t wait enjoying your videos, as of me I have been at home a week ago as a visit to my family. I had somedays travelling around in town looking for some business opportunities that I can be able to do since I consider myself that I can’t live in Diaspora for more than 7 years because of my own common reasons. From my research and consultation there are so many business opportunities overthere, it’s thousands and thousands of them. I saw Mushika shika business as one of the favourite for me, it’s a very good business from my understanding based on the research I have made so far. I would be happy a lot if you make the video which has something to do with Mushika shika business we still need to here a lot about it. Thanks Kelvin 🙏🏿

In Zim village people labor very hard for very little returns and their quality of life is generally behind urban people..Most of them don't have basic things like a fridge, running water, electricity, water pump..Even the diet that most people talk about isn't that great..Of course there are exceptions..

Long story short, she made enough money in the UK to start her business. She realized that working, living and retiring in the UK was going to cost a lot. So coming back home was cheaper than UK. No one is going to tell the real reason but it's money and not wanting to retire in a expensive country.

It's not just about money. Racism, laws ammended against foreigners, weather conditions that are against Africans, loneliness, depression, no social life, homesickness. People go to the UK to MAKE money, give, everyone would come back home.

If you have a decent pension then UK is not expensive to retire in because access to good quality healthcare is the selling point for retirees! There’s state pension too! People do go home because they genuinely miss home!

I'm 32 and came 22 years ago. I want to leave to go back home. Honestly, I'm a teacher here and I'm overworked and underpaid. The weather is terrible and the future is just like you said. Nothing to look forward when retiring in the UK.
