I'm trying to guard my focus so bad. I have to start blocking off time. My son feels Im always working but I have too. I'm just getting so focused and now my 12 yr old is reaching out and he loves his friends and doing his thing. Look I truly try to give as much as I can to give him a better life. But with my crazy schedule I feel like I don't have enough time to with my present job and family & the business. If I got clearer and could time manage better I would have more time for everything.

This year is and has been preparing me to be a blessing to others. Both parents battling cancer, dad is in hospice now. My focus remains on God, my perspective is being blessed to help others through my experiences.❤🕊
Went through it too not too long ago. As time continues, it may get tougher [emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, vibrationally,…]. I would recommend to start doing guided breathing meditations [find 10 min ones on TH-cam] earlier than later. Do them 1st thing in the morning. Before anything else. Also, if you have the ability to take bath soaks with lavender oil + salt or get a massage 1x/mo it may help. I also suggest taking Calm Powder drink 5-10 min before sleep [PLEASE run it by your doctor 1st]. The last one made a HUUUGE difference… since during those times, one of the hardest things is being able to shut your 🧠 off for the day + get some 😴. I hope these 👆🏼 help. They helped me even though no one gave me this advice in advance. So, I kinda had to wing it in order to be there for loved ones. Take care. 🙏🏼

It's weird.. Over Christmas I re-purposed an old table set. It took me two days, and i ended up redoing the whole dining room. To relate to what you are saying, I was in the moment the whole time! It made me reconnect with my soul. Time in the wild; time doing art; time with kids and pets. These will protect your soul and peace.
Ownership. I get it now .I let them continue to disrespect me. Boundaries I so forgot.after my fire I had to movie.lost my focus. My eyes r open to blaming me and not others. .I let these people change me 2 years and look at me.I am going back to me .knowing they will rob me more .it will b worth it. My husband committed suicide 21years ago and that was a terrible hard dark fight. I had just found love again and tonight was going to be our wedding at 11 59 I and 12 do. Well he committed suicide on the 18th of this month. I have GOD IN ME because 8 am really strong right now. I know that I must continue my education of sign language to.help the deaf community and one foot in front of the other and continue talking to Veterans Active Duty coming home and anyone 5hat will listen. I know God has me on this even though it hurt terribly but I am not going back down that dark road again . I'm going to GET IT KEEP IT AND LOVE IT LIVE IT AND BE IN MY BEST LIFE

This so meaning full Trent your words hit home for me. I started writing my list last night
My husband committed suicide 21years ago and that was a terrible hard dark fight. I had just found love again and tonight was going to be our wedding at 11 59 I and 12 do. Well he committed suicide on the 18th of this month. I have GOD IN ME because 8 am really strong right now. I know that I must continue my education of sign language to.help the deaf community and one foot in front of the other and continue talking to Veterans Active Duty coming home and anyone 5hat will listen. I know God has me on this even though it hurt terribly but I am not going back down that dark road again . I'm going to GET IT KEEP IT AND LOVE IT LIVE IT AND BE IN MY BEST LIFE
