One morning she woke up different. Done with trying to figure out who was with her, against her, or walking down the middle because they didn’t have the guts to pick a side. She was done with anything that didn’t bring her peace. She realized that opinions were a dime a dozen, validation was for parking, and loyalty wasn’t a word but a lifestyle. It was this day that her life changed. And not because of a man or a job but because she realized that life is way too short to leave the key to your happiness in someone else’s pocket.

I have been working on my self this year.i doing this taking toxic people out my life. Thanks for sending this one my way.in a few months I'll have my peer support counselor certification and then off to stating and bam like that a Job for me.i was tired of struggling with addiction homelessness and no income. Yes I lost everything but I got to start over fresh. Ever since I got clean at the end on 2019 I came across your videos about rehab time into protect your peace you have grown just like I have thank you for being you and helping the ones you touch with your words of positivity and real talk. Thank you for helping me to see reality.

how do you just give your trust without people actually earning it. im struggling now with trauma bond with a narcissist. this is one of the most hardest things I ever been through in my life and I been through alot. I cant seem to shake this off completely. but you trent and your words give me some kind of strength to just get through my day. with everything that's actually going on inside of my body mind and soul I still manage to go to work and to fight for my life. but you can only put on an act so much.
