Did you create a camera mount for this? I created one for the X-plus to hold a P210 webcam.
have you had trouble on the set up when calibrating the z offset? there is an error of deploying the bl touch after I adjusted the nozzle height. can you please help?

Which settings in qidi slicer?
Printer works great, the beds are horrible though, Mine had a .9 difference across the bed, Once leveling all 4 corners even there is a hump in the middle.
You already got your new machine delivered? Did Qidi provide you with a tracking number when it was shipped?
To be honest though... thats what bltouch is for... to compensate for an uneven bed
I asked about bed flatness and they stated the new firmware has 81 points for alignment... firmware 4.3.4
@@gothicm3rcy426 When i say slope i mean a waterfall .01 in front to .9 in back and after adjusting the bed screws its at .4. And even if Klipper compesates for the .9 variance that's still pretty bad for a 6mm bed. Yes all they did is change it from 7,7 probe count to 9,9 but a unflat bed is still unflat regardless of probe points.
@fisheye3d1727 I wonder besides the uneven bed if you noticed any extruder or cooling issues, cause in a German forum they mention about sub-par cooling resulting in clogs and issues with models that have constant retractions.
Also in Qidi's website there's one review with a photo of a model with long straight extrusions which in my eyes are not the best in print quality.
All these stuff make me unsure keeping my preorder.
If you have any experience with these issues I would be glad to hear about!
@@stelios777 They fixed all the gantry and cooling issues with the hotend, Ive printed pla, asa and PC so far with no issue on multi hour prints.
I printed a benchy on my new creality ender 3 v3se and it took 1:13 and it’s fast compared to my I-fast or my other creality printers. The x max 3 is on its way!😂 that’s fast!
Anyone who placed a preorder which was stated on qidi site "save money preorder now".... will be shocked to see the price actually went down.
I preordered at $1099, july 15 it went down to $999

Yeah, I contacted them and got a refund for the diff.
I got the x smart 3 , just opened it yesterday and it was broke at set up getting the refund for the difference and replacement unit if they respond
I saw your Blog. Good review but a bed with that tolerance, even if its that big, is not good at all. Please dont tell others that such things are okay, as Qidi and other manufacturers will stop making better ones
anyone finding their bed is uneven or wonky... it can be manually adjusted
