    I'm a fan of podcasts and walking, I'm doing it all the time. Hooray for yoga! One that's always a constant for me as it saves my sanity, it eases out my body and reminds me that it's all working well. It's interesting to hear someone else's journey.

      yes to yoga! Everytime I see your wee icon it reminds me you can do crow pose. Actual inspiration!!

      If I'm honest, I'm still pretty chuffed with myself that I can still do it and that it's getting stronger. One day it will be the perfect crow!

    Hi Fi,
    I hammered the gym for 5 yrs ,never big enough always looking to lift heavier weights and cut more fat.
    Always looking to run further and faster.
    I felt I needed to punish myself for having bi polar and the hurt I caused to other.
    At peace more or less with my bi polar now, 3 times a week for weights ,twice a week for cardio.
