If you have time, you should research the 4 hormonal phases women go through on their monthly cycle! It's really interesting and honestly empowering. It's not like a cure-all for depression during your cycle/etc. but learning about how it's natural for women to feel lower energy levels/less motivation during certain phases and higher energy/better productivity during others has made a difference in my life, just being aware of it. There's even certain foods and exercises and stuff you can do to support yourself and your body during the different phases we go through! It's helped me to at least recognize when I start feeling lower that it's normal and natural rather than beating myself up for it. Again, not a cure all but definitely amazing and empowering to have more knowledge about our bodies that we unfortunately weren't taught in school (at least I wasn't).

Idk about in America but in Ontario Canada theres a law where people cant let their lawns grow past a certain point because it attracts insects and things so if you see someones lawn not taken care off you can call the city and report them and they will make the homeowner cut it or the city will charge the homeowner for the city to cut it!!

Hmm… in LA we do snake fences around the perimeter of properties. Try looking into that? I’m not a snake person at all - I’d be moving!
I had this problem at my last home in Ga. my neighbor had a crack in their foundation and it created a snake infestation. Maybe check your foundation and ask your neighbors to check there’s as well.

I’d check on your neighbor just to see if they are okay/ maybe ask if they need help with their lawn? Especially if they are older
I don't know about spray but there are landscaping options you could do. There are certain plants snakes do not like (Mother's Tongue, etc.). Also, not sure if this is in your future but having my big dog scares off many rodents/reptiles.. I live in Texas and I assume this because other people around me struggle but I've yet to see any snakes or rodents in my yard.
Have you thought about going to get your hormone levels checked? I’ve been curious about doing that before going off BC myself so maybe if you know what hormones are off you can research natural remedies!

Snakes are naturally in the yards because we are living in their habitat.
