High school, club, and collegiate rules the libero can serve. International rules the libero cannot serve, so I guess it depends on the level you’re playing at to determine the rule for that moment

I am relative new to Volleyball, but isn´t the 5 the Libero? But as far as i know the Liberos aren´t allowed to serve or am i wrong?
