Hi, I’m new on here and this really touched home for me. It also gave me revelation. Just last month I was signing up for therapy. Because I thought I had anxiety, but this video is really going to help me get delivered from my crowded mine. I think the God in you because you don’t know what you just did for me. I am overthink. I’ve been this way ever since I was a child. And I feel that this message this therapy session is really gonna deliver me. 😢😢😢😢

These videos have been helping me so much. Is currently a hazing/bullying phase at my job. I have to endure for the entire 12 hours, I listen to these videos before I go in, and they have made a difference because I am more calm and I ignore Everything. I think positivity and that’s it. I even attempt to watch these videos when I get off of work and be more intentional about praying and talking to him more on my off days I will start studying his word a lot.

Hey Jerry I don’t know if you will see this I’m praying that you do. I know it’s a year later but I know the Spirit of God wanted me to hear and understand what you were putting down with the mind being overcrowded. I’m adopted and going from foster care to foster care to not feeling like I was understood or wanted when I became adopted led to me going through 20 plus years of overthinking and I confess to the healing power of the Lord Jesus Christ and therapy and the peace that He brings. I just want you to be encouraged that this resonated with my spirit and to my becoming and establishment of the man consecrated to the Lord and who Jesus created me to be. Thank you for your study and your heart and the fight to win souls to the Kingdom of God.
Father touch our minds help us to be transformed by Your Word in our minds. I ‘m also here a year later decluttering of my mind.

What's going on King Josiah. I too was a foster child most of my childhood. Never got adopted but went from foster home to foster home, and group homes and mental wards. My father killed my mother in front of my siblings and I when I was a child. Hope you're doing ok and your mind is decluttered. God Bless

@@shawnbrown4485 I appreciate your honesty man for real for real. If I could encourage you look up the definition of consecration right and consecrate yourself to the Lord daily. Really seeking him. Really standing on his word walking and talking to the Lord Jesus and inviting His Holy Spirit into all parts of your life. Seek first the kingdom. Don’t worry about anyone else really work on your salvation with fear(respect) and trembling. God will finish the work he started in you till you’re perfect and complete lacking nothing. In Jesus name.
Today…on my fasting, I just received news that my AUNT is DIED, killed by her HUSBAND. As I tell my employer about the news and to go home…, all of which I decided to quit my job cause I wasn’t allowed to go home and be with my family.
I almost didn’t consistently watch therapy session today. But cause GOD stored something in my heart, the faith that I have in HIM. And what happened now is a lesson and growth. Thank you Pastor Jerry!!!

Jesus and therapy did exactly this for me, over a two year period of daily prayer ministry, professional therapy, and self help, I changed my mind. After suffering 18 years of depression, I have been depression free since 2019. Praise the lord. You CAN change your mind.

This came just in time as I've been dealing with insomnia for past few days. I have been mentally tired and have been praying and asking God the purpose of this. I know that work has been stressing me out but I'm praying for peace.
1. Remember who your Father is.
Ecc 12:1 Det 8:18, Det 8:11 Lule 22
Remember definition to recall or bring back experience. B) to put back together again.
What you Remember is either your ammunition or aggravation..
2. Mediate on what HE said about you
Ps 1:2, Phil 4:8
-t o Remember a good evident released dopamine.. if you remember a bad evident cortisol is released.
3. Breathe and remember
- be still. Relax and remember
4. Who told you that.. who told you that thought.
5. Don't believe everything you think bc every thought is not yours... know your core belief..
Lord I thank You for this word and man of God!!
How do I stop. I can’t even sleep sometimes. Just thinking and over thinking unnecessary thoughts. I can’t even shut it down. Now I am so irritable and anxious and exhausted.
