I got a idea, why don't you open a marine college that you can attend and see how to separate them before boot camp with physical training for free paid by the government so you can intice people in with no swearing in at first just to education, I think better so you can correct gen zers rehab them from snow flake to warrior then put them through boot camp so they not only get technical training in the Marines, but also a four year education in any subject matter, it might be a good way to bolster counts and earn a marine certificate for attendance and a college marine diploma. Then they can decide to enlist. I don't know just trying to improvise adapt and overcome
