Not a single one of my friends knew what they wanted to do but wanted to get into IIT so to get that annual package but they did not focus on what they are doing or what makes them happy, Bhai bas acchi salary chahiye. indian education systems kills imagination, innovation, creativity and wonder. School failures are the one in India who tend to what they like and achieve great success and become entrepreneurs. Having intelligence in India becomes a burden and throws you into the IIT grinder which produces human machines for companies.

I don't think any institute or any thing rather should be set as a benchmark to the point where the younger generation thinks if they didn't do that, they are doomed. If that makes sense. I think kids nowadays are under tremendous pressure to follow some hard set rules which are set my our society (some rules like this whole IIT thing). And I think headlines such as this contribute a lot in setting that benchmark. Don't try to gratify yourself by these sorts of foolish rants. Having an IIT, BITs, or NIT tag is not a necessity, but it is a welcome benefit, which proves you were more hard-working, tenacious, and probably more intelligent than your peers not in these colleges. Keep in mind that I also include IIIT Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore, and Allahabad and a few other institutes in the list of esteemed institutes as well.

Hey...its not compulsory to study comp science in 12th...you will be good to go with BS in comp science in Canada or in any other country....since they teach you everything from the basics...but it helps you learn faster if you start studying early.

Having an IIT, BITs, or NIT tag is not a necessity, but it is a welcome benefit, which proves you were more hard-working, tenacious, and probably more intelligent than your peers not in these colleges. Keep in mind that I also include IIIT Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore, and Allahabad and a few other institutes in the list of esteemed institutes as well.

Anyways what I've realized is that you're a butthurt person, probably suffering from the inferiority complex of the fact that you couldn't get into a decent college. Try not to behave like this. Try to be a good human first.

Hey...its not compulsory to study comp science in 12th...you will be good to go with BS in comp science in Canada or in any other country....since they teach you everything from the basics...but it helps you learn faster if you start studying early.

My name is M chakra dhar. I have completed intermediate in andhrapradesh state board . My doubt is is there any possibility to study only first year of my betech in any indian university and shift to the abroad university in my second year of betech
But i heard that indian private universities only allow me to atudy abroad university which is tie up with that particular indian university
