I write my quote for each job and then say if you chose all jobs on the same day I can discount the total by X%. That way customer can chose what they want or get a cheaper price if they go for all jobs.
I assume your gutter clear was before having GVS Julia on your live?

Great video's m8 . After applying diluted SH any stubborn remaining blackspot treat with neat 14/ 15% SH a couple of times that sould do it. Also to get rid of standing water chase it of with a leaf blower. Cheers👍

Lichen fungal matter were some of the first life on Earth. They eat stone, make soil for plants, and food for animals. Fungi eats the plants and the animals. We are made of the minerals from stones.

I watch as satisfying content. IDC if things are perfect or not.

Well done Jake. It's refreshing to see an honest video on TH-cam showing things don't always turn out perfectly.

I had some of the same slabs in my latest video and had the same problem, but a good job in the end.

Your absolutely spot on with the pump sprayer, I still use a converted garden sprayer (electric pump) for exactly the same reason,
    More control. Great results 👍

Enjoyed this video thanks need more of these on what can go wrong , came across these slabs before they are just concrete with about 1 inch of yellow dye so are never going to last any time and each time they get cleaned get more faded . Thanks for sharing 👍
