U must be quite skilled to be engaging in such trades. Any advice? I put in a fair amount over a year ago and I’m barely breaking even … it’s kinda funny, not really though. More psychologically degrading
I remember when I first started trading, oh my God did I suck. The array of emotions I went through, up and down constantly. Mostly down, LOL! I recently have just found solid footing under the guidance of a pro, her technical analysis makes it possible and fun for me. I’ll say this, risk control and trade psychology are the ‘nuts & bolts’ of this industry.

Bernd, I found you in an interview on another channel. I have a corporate Job which I do enjoy but Trade is my purpose. Trade psychology changed my mentality and focus in all areas in my life.

Ohhh I've been waiting for this! Great to see the other trades :) I've always wondered with S&D... how much is down to the trader discretion during analysis (basically becoming good with experience) VS being able to follow fixed rules to find the right entry/exit? Hope I'm explaining the question well 🤔

I’ve been trading futures & FX for about 10 years, mostly commodities. You can really tell Bernd knows his craft by his analysis style. Only true pros look at the markets this way. The noobs and furus are the ones with cleverly named gimmicks and “naked” charts. - great work Bernd.

Big Respect To Bernd Showing What Can Be Done With Swing Trading & Higher Timeframes. I Would Say Our Strategies Are Very Different But The Goal Gets Hit. I Know Some Traders Who Cannot Hold Trades Longer Than One Hour. Zoom Out & Look At The Bigger Picture. Your Favourite Prop Influencer Trader Is Taking Endless Challenges As They Keep Blowing Accounts. No Scaling / Longevity. How Can You Approach An Investor / Hedge Fund With 20-30 Blown Challenges In 1 Year? 😭

Hi. Congratulations. Do you recommend taking partial profit and trail stop loss of a winning trade? Or better to have a fix SL and TP?
In a challenge environment I would always work with fixed SL and TP. 1:1 RR. Real trading yes you can be flexible

Nice video with more details of fundamentals, but out of curiosity what is the RR on the trades?
On those specific ones? Hmmm can’t remember from top of my head…roughly 1:1…cause each trade I took 2% risk meaning with 4 Rs I passed the challenge.

Hi Bernd, how do I get the custom charts to analyze the underlying assets for a particular pair? Such as the Nasdaq's treasury bonds + Dollar Index correlation?

What time? I trade for 15min max per day…no specific time. My entire analysis happens during the weekend basically
Okay thanks I appreciate that. I did all my analysis on the weekend and I’ve realize that.
Throughout the week I didn’t really have to do any additional analysis I only had to wait for the trades to play out. It’s very interesting. Using the daily or 4hr at minimum as my entry like you do.

I assume the indicator is simply the US Commitment of Traders report plotted week by week. The data is free for anyone, released by CFTC weekly.

How to deal with issues when trade is in drawdown overnight or the weekend or holding to target? I have a strong desire to close this type of trade. Swing trading is not easy but avoids all the problems of scalping.
This happens. Learn to be patient. It’s all about patience!
Just to confirm if it's correct you took a 2% risk I assume which is the dollar risk 1 to 1 risk reward ratio. So overall you needed 4 winning trades to achieve your 8%.

So , your strategy is based on Correlation of Pairs . Gold is always First Mover and According to it you catch late swing in another hard metal instruments for example silver , platinium ?? . Mr. did i get it right ?
No not at all. This was just circumstantial. And I took advantage of it in the challenge

@user-gn5xy9hf8t yes and no. The problem is if it doesn’t work in your favor and you are caught on the wrong side of the trade you will lose double or triple because of correlation. Don’t recommend building an entire strategy around it. It’s more for awareness.

@@berndskorupinski yes its serious. Its a good video, but it felt more like an update of your active trade, rather than the advanced aspects of your strategy. For example, how you specifically spot your supply/demand levels? what your entry signals are? How you determined your take profit stop loss? Just a few examples.

All those things I teach in a blueprint course that has 1100min…which is 18 hours alone just strategy. Impossible to put this in a TH-cam video. Just saying nobody can teach a strategy on TH-cam.
