I couldn't find a tutorial on how to replace the headband on the HyperX Flight so i decided to make one after i got the spares from shopping online. Please remember to leave a LIKE for the video so it gets shared.

I was looking for a tutorial of replacing the headband for my Cloud Stinger but thank god you made one for Flight because it's pretty similar in design. I was afraid that I might need to unscrew something I shouldn't. Thank you!

Thanks for the video, what I did was taking off the cups and rinse them with detergent and hand wash them, scraping with a brush the worn and sticky black cover. They came out nicely when dried!

Wow thank you so much for this video! I was looking to replace the headband on my flights for a while now but no one sold it so I gave up. I just placed my order from misodiko. A little tip is keep them clean and hydrated with leather conditioner. That's what I'm going to do when I get them so they last a long time.

Thanks i hope the video helped you but unfortunately I didn't have a prying tool at the time. I do now since most of misodiko ear cups comes with it now. Something like a guitar pick.

Glad the video helped you. Firstly I would like to say since making the video, the ear cups an headband is still in good condition to this day 17-9-22. I have not felt any discomfort and not felt much heat build-up. Would I recommend them? Yes but if the Cooling Gel was release for this headset, I would definitely order those instead.

How the heck did you manage to remove the clips for the headband? I've tried everything including my nails, pieces of metal/plastic but can't manage to wedge it out ~5:20
You can using a screw driver (Flathead) if all else fails and push in between the cover and the band on each sides. But like I said just be careful not to break the clip.

@@3mn422 those are nice as well. If i found those ear cups earlier, I would have kept my Arctis 7 and not selled it off since the cups were too small for me.
What brand did you use to replace your ear pads? is that bigger than stock pads? Because im using arctis 5 but i dont like the pads.

Hello, I wanted to update these headphones (Cloud Flight) to the latest version but I got an error. The fact is that they no longer turn on, they do not respond or anything and the pc recognizes them as "avnera av6302"
Someone help me with this please !!
When you say update. Did you mean firmware or the drivers?
@@Uncle4T Hello, yes, HyperX has a software called Ngnuity, through which I updated my headset but it was in the last update that what I told you happened, the computer recognizes them as "avnera av6302" and they no longer turn me on or anything. If I connect them by 3.5 jack cable, if they work, that's why I think it's from Software. Can you help me Crack?
I'm gonna buy the steel series Artis Pro wireless even though they're around $300, u don't have to charge them or worry abt the ear cups wearing because its fabric instead of leather
I use to have the Artis 7 wireless. I like it actually but it kept pressing on my ears and after 1-2 hours it was uncomfortable for me but that is only if you have HUGE ears like mine.
How can I tell which Hyper headphones I have because mine has red stitching, also I live in Australia so might be even harder to find the headband, I wonder if i should just buy new headset, but I guess sound works fine. Cool you just made your own tutorial.
If I don't have the headphone I can't really make one. BUT misodiko Replacement Headband Cushion Pads Search for this and you'll find the headband. I ordered mine from CHina as well.

Can i use some other ear cups? Like from the Hyper X Stinger or the ones that are in sell at AliExpress?
The Ear Cups i bought is compatible with Cloud Stinger. I'm not sure but its likely the same. All the same you should ask the seller directly if it does.

@@Uncle4T but on their site there is no grey upgraded earcups like the one that you have on your vid, only the black leatherette one for cloud flight. Thanks for the answer tho 🙂
