What it means when your recovery cycle disappears [hypothalamic amenorrhea]

You worked so hard to get that first recovery cycle...and suddenly the second one or even the fourth or sixth or eighth is missing again!
I've walked through this question many times before but I don't think it hurts to have a refresher and try to explain things from another angle or give some more possibilities.
