Melissa, I highly recommend investing in an at home laser. I also have PCOS and spent quite a bit of money on laser hair removal with very disappointing results. I bought the Braun IPL Pro 5 machine and the results are AMAZING. I've treated my arms, underarms and bikini area 3 years ago and I'm still completely hair free. The machine is a bit pricey but its the equivalent of one package at the salon so its worth it. Best money I've ever spent!
I got a lip flip too this year and I HATED it! I didn’t look like me and it was so hard to drink, eat etc. Recently I got a half syringe of filler and love love love that. It looks so natural but also made a difference in how I feel personally about my lips and love it
Happy Holidays Melissa! Dental procedures are always expensive. I had an implant put in 10 years ago and it was about 5,000 USD. I will definitely check out dental bonding as your teeth look fantastic. LOVE the blonde hair and say no to extensions. Thank you as I was thinking of a lip flip but I think I'll pass. Suggestions for thicker, healthier hair: 1. Check your iron levels; 2.Chop off all the damaged ends; 3. Minimize heat and colouring; 4. Take vitamins (Check out MSM powder or pills); 5. Deep condition once a week; 6. Use sulphate and paraben free shampoo & conditioner.

Have you considered an at home laser? I’ve done quite a few appointments the some clinics, but just got braun ipl 5 to continue myself and for the touch ups! So far, really liking it🎉
This was really helpful to watch and learn about these options. I need Botox, need my monster 11s dealt with but never had it. I want to not feel scared of stuff like that. I would never have a “facelift” as I think there are too many less invasive tweaks to deal with my issues. I’m super happy with my teeth but I would love to see the results of the lip blush. As I get older I will very likely keep my lips full as it’s such a lot of youth for the cost.

I’m a nurse injector here in Vancouver. I saw your movement and quite surprised at how much movement you still have in your 11s post 2 weeks. It seems like your frontalis muscle (forehead) is quite limited in movement with some Spock to the Right brow. It seems like it might have been also a bit heavy in the middle as you can’t move there but can still use your corrugator muscles with the tails still being active as well.

Side note: My smile/teeth are like Margot Robbie's and what's funny is I wish I had a narrower smile like yours (I think it looks better), though you mentioned you wanted the opposite. Just thought it was funny how sometimes we want what we don't have

You should get an at home laser hair remover. Soooo much cheaper than going to get it done and the results are basically the same.

For me…it’s better to embrace your natural self. The more confident and contented you are with your body, face and skin the more beautiful you are. Though it’s your choice but thats my opinion.

Hey Melissa! I love watching your videos and I know there’s a bit of controversy with the brand Monat! But I have been using it since April of 2023 and have noticed a significant amount of hair growth! Especially around my face as I’ve had two babies resulting in postpartum hair loss. Plus just overall my hair looks healthier and less dry. As I too dye my hair often! Their products are vegan and naturally based. And their products are concentrated and a little goes along way! Just thought I’d mention it as I’ve had great results!
