There is a question on the state exam, which is as follows.. If a real estate agent is selling a home do they have to use another agent in the brokerage and do they have to put down that they are an agent. And oh btw you have taught me sooo much more than the school I paid for has ever taught me. Going on my 6th attempt next week on the state exam. But, I've come up over 20 points since the first time. I want to say thank you very much! And I know I'll pass. Just keep studying. And thank you for all you do. When I do eventually pass, you are going to be my continuing education teacher. Thank you again so much.

I will watch your videos before I take the class again… I didn’t get a chance to take the exam for the class because there was an unexpected death in my family, and it threw me off…. I want to get a license for both NJ and PA. Is it possible if I can get the PowerPoint please. I would like to know if you have any recommendations of a school that I can do the pre-licensing? I worked at a private real estate firm. And I was the phone leasing specialist, I was able to answer any questions about the property that a client might have(I am unlicensed). Why was that?
