Those ruins are much larger than that! You only explored like 20% of the ruin. Guaranteed there were all the trims in there if you'd excavated the whole thing.

Btw if you want clay you take a dirt block, then throw a splash bottle of water on it to turn it to a mud block. After that you place a block under the mud block then a drip stone under the block under the mud. Then you just wait until the mud block turns to clay.

creativity ? acookiegod has been building factories in minecraft for months, he built the exact same building as him just differnt item, cookie has like 10 different factories, he just posted another one about a diamond factory.
You should try something: make full iron armour, and trim it with the silence trim and lapis
