If you really wanna taste bengali malpuas, you have to try the homemade ones. Also, there's another set of sweets called “pithas” and bengalis make it at home during makar sankranti. (Malpua is a pitha)
I can't even put into words just how much I love this video. I am from Calcutta but I live in a different country and haven't been home in more than a year now.
