I think T1 got doran early enough in the down season to begin integrating him into the roster. He's not zeus, so oner(especially) and faker need to learn what resources he will need and can give to keep them being a top competency team.

Well Zeus has very high level understanding of the teamfights and he sees things before they happen like Faker. Whatever he asked - T1 has that money and he was worth it. GL to Doran I wouldnt like to be in his shoes with all the pressure from all sides.

There's a whole conspiracy theory in that the agent managing Zeus also manages Kiin, and they want T1 to fail so these 2 top laners would succeed so they get higher salaries, and in turn, higher cut for them. By denying both top laners, T1 would be forced to most likely pick up a rookie or untested top laner, had they not rushed to pick up Doran in place of Zeus.

I think T1 can help contribute to Doran's success internationally. It's not a massive downgrade we might even have an upgrade but the brand ZOFGK just hits different at this point.

Maaan, Zeus's side (agency) really chose the short term bag to HLE than Long Term (Brands, Merches, Fame, Legacy, & Money) with T1. Props to Doran saving T1 by signing in T1. For sure, the team will help Doran improve and overcome his "choking" issues and he will prove them haters (Don't forget that Doran played with Keria during their DRX days, so they might still have that familiarity of their gameplay). As long as OFGK still in the lineup they might possibly make it to Worlds next year.

Dude went all in on Zeus and completely fumbled the ball, going in really grey if not illegal territory to secure what in the end was just an okay at best increase in salary for Zeus at HLE. I'm confused with this story? The difference in offers wasn't even that big , T1 offered 2.6M dollar , HLE offered 3M dollar. T1 offered 1+1 but zeus's agent wanted a 2 year contract. Instead he did sign a 1+1 with HLE (Understand who wants to understand LOL) The agent said Zeus signed with HLE but he didn't , so T1 at that point was forced to sign Doran even though Zeus wasn't signed yet.. He then heard T1 signed Doran then he took HLE. Also the Zeus his agent waited till Kinn was signed to force the free market price to go up for Zeus , the agent also declined an in person meeting , delaying it with Zeus himself because they already had a verbal agreement. It was normally sure that Zeus would extend the contract.... And normally there will be legal consequenses for the agent , T1 is suing them.

Doran will be learning from Faker, and since Doran admitted he was a huge Faker fan, I'm sure it will do him good. Faker's not just a phenomenal player, he's an equally phenomenal leader.
Historically though, Doran has had the better of Zeus in the top lane match ups. Doran is arguably also the 3rd best toplaner in LCK just behind Kiin and Zeus (toss-up).
To leave a solid roster just because HLE paid a little bit better, it's a bad decision. I understand when someone leaves a bad roster, but a winning worlds roster ? ....cheap move from Zeus.
This is a moba game 5v5 not 1v5, zeus able to achieve that with the help of his teamate and the synergy they have, doran may have some problems but maybe he’ll improve that with a diff team and be better. We dont know is zeus really able to synergise well with a diff team as well as doran. We saw these with many players like this throughout the years, some will fall and some will rise to the peak

Doran needs the Clutch Factor + No Inting. Clutch Factor means you've got to do what others can't do/didn't expect in that situation. It means that if You Have a Reliable teammates that Clutch (T1 Team) mostly. You can learn, it will takes some times but it will happen and you will do that

I think T1 got doran early enough in the down season to begin integrating him into the roster. He's not zeus, so oner(especially) and faker need to learn what resources he will need and can give to keep them being a top competency team.

There's a whole conspiracy theory in that the agent managing Zeus also manages Kiin, and they want T1 to fail so these 2 top laners would succeed so they get higher salaries, and in turn, higher cut for them.
By denying both top laners, T1 would be forced to most likely pick up a rookie or untested top laner, had they not rushed to pick up Doran in place of Zeus.

Maaan, Zeus's side (agency) really chose the short term bag to HLE than Long Term (Brands, Merches, Fame, Legacy, & Money) with T1. Props to Doran saving T1 by signing in T1. For sure, the team will help Doran improve and overcome his "choking" issues and he will prove them haters (Don't forget that Doran played with Keria during their DRX days, so they might still have that familiarity of their gameplay). Also the Zeus his agent waited till Kinn was signed to force the free market price to go up for Zeus , the agent also declined an in person meeting , delaying it with Zeus himself because they already had a verbal agreement. It was normally sure that Zeus would extend the contract....

This is a moba game 5v5 not 1v5, zeus able to achieve that with the help of his teamate and the synergy they have, doran may have some problems but maybe he’ll improve that with a diff team and be better.
