Wow, thanks Juna fo bringing this game changer to our attention- an awesome video. I’m an Affinity Designer user but more of a pattern artist than graphic designer. I loved creating T-shirts but was limited as I don’t have graphic design skills but this software has gotten me really excited 🤩. They’ve basically solved the problems and limitations of other apps all in one! It’s going to be such a time saver too! Best of all everything is editable and for commercial use mind is blown 🤯. I can’t wait to get in and start playing. The developers have really outdone themselves 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Juna you deserve a million subscribers- you’ll get there.

Drew has a Cricut? Wooo hooo!!! Dude that is so cool. If Kittl could upload some elements and ornaments similar to Cricut Design Space that would make this smoking hot. My favorite Design space image sets are: anything Anna Griffin, Paper Lace, Ornamental Iron, Damask decor, Picturesque, Reminisce Accents and Destinations.
Between Kittl, Affinity, and Filter Forge, I no longer need any other design programs. I stopped using Canva and Adobe Illustrator a couple years ago and now I will never go back to either one. Long live Kittl!

This is awesome. The link does work. It makes you sign up for a free account, but if you go look at your account under subscription and billing, it shows the free 3 months of pro. I love that it doesn't even require a credit card to sign up.

It is worth it to get a subscription. everything is free and you can download but in png and very small. If you were to resize then the image will become pixelated. This is a great platform to support as it really cuts the time it takes to design. You will make a lot of sales so it would be good karma to give back to the designers for their hard work
Yup it's free to try it out but if you think you can make a ton of designs quickly and get sales then it would be worth it

Glad it was helpful! You can keep your designs private on Kittl but once you put it up for sale on RedBubble or Amazon or any POD site everyone can see it. You still can't design things that are trademarked and sell them but you can use Kittl for any kind of design you want.

Thanks for the video. I was so excited when I saw it a few days ago and have been playing around with Kittl since then. I absolutely love it but not being able to design in CMYK is a huge stumbling block for me as a KDP publisher. Fingers crossed they will introduce this as an option soon. I love it so much that I'll probably still use it for text designs and import into Affinity Designer to do the final layout in CMYK.

Hello, question plz... Why CMYK when KDP help states they say if you supply your design in CMYK that they are/will convert it to RGB? Can you set me straight ? Thanks
@@petersongallery For KDP they require CMYK so I'm guessing you're talking about Merch or something like that? Standard printing will be restricted to CMYK colours, a much narrower range than RGB. There are some RGB colours that simply can't be reproduced in the CMYK printing process, so if a match can't be found when they convert your design the results can be unpredictable. It's often the brightest colours from RGB that can't be replicated in the CMYK printing process so often the converted design will look dull compared to what you see on your screen. That's why, in my personal opinion, it's always best to design in CMYK and then convert to RGB yourself if necessary to avoid any surprises. I'm sure Juna can explain this better lol.

Yes you can... kind of... you can clip your texture to the whole design.... if your whole design is in a circle than it works

These are really good if you want to create a label for food/beverage product or a fancy company logo. I don't see many designs that look like t-shirts to me.

Juna, another great video... I notice when you talk about downloading your finished logo, you show how to send to your POD sites. But can I just download the file (png) to my computer? I want to send mine to someone like TKO and get heat transfers. I like doing the POD myself. Thanks!

As far as I know you can use it for print on demand if you made the design yourself and didn't copy anyone else's design

Very cool - although the free version does have size limits on the export/save function. Maybe it's just the newness of it, but initially I find Canva an easier user interface. Your designs/templates and effects definitely blow away Canva by lightyears. You have turned the Letterheads concept into a digital bot.
A little different interface for sure... but I totally agree with you on that the designs/templates are lightyears ahead of the competition.

Oh no.... I thought is would sign you up for pro automatically I will check with Drew
So I just heard back from Drew and Kittl. The link definitely should work. What probably happened was that you clicked out of the pop up box and use the native sign up button, which would then not be Pro. You can email hello@kittl.com for help for getting the 3 months of Pro and let them know it was from the JoinDetour link. You can try the link again in an incognito browser if you want to try it first.
