Hey Earl , greetings from down under , good video mate , you explain things well . My friend just bought a m90r and were about to fit a 109r rear rim to it but wit her a small difference . Instead of the 240 tire we are going to fit a 250 tire to it so it will corner better without trying to stand up all the time . I put a 250 tire on my 109r and it made a big difference to the handling , catch ya later .
Wider tire will not make it corner better, that’s why the m90 out handles the 109, and if u look there are vids telling u not to buy a 109 unless u just wanna ride in a straight line… lol. But hope it worked out for ya! I’d say it looks sweet…. Bout to do a 300 on mine…
@@wesleyshultz4466 not stock. I have a 245-40-18 on mine with only a centimetre of clearance on the left hand side. $40 for the darkside car tyre as compared to $400 for the Metzler, and it handles awesome👍🏻

I have a 2009 suzuki boulevard m90 and I want to put a 240 rim on it. But they said it can't fit. I live in Cincinnati Ohio. So it do do fit. Did you have to change anything?
Can you tell me if had to change ANY of the interior parts..ie, axle shaft, bearing sleeves...or did all the interior parts of the M90 fit the M109 wheel?

It's easy, I've gone darkside 245-40-18 new old stock car tyre and it fits with just centimetres to spare. And once you get used to it handles awesome in dry or wet weather. Got tired of paying $400 for the Metzler every year and I get at least 4yrs out of the car tyre👍🏻

i'm picking up my 2019 M90 Saturday. what year is your bike? dealer is telling me that the 2019 M90 has a totally different frame.
