- This was a skinned Wild Turkey rubbed with garlic salt, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, and Butt Rub. I put a stick of butter in the cavity and basted with butter and a vinegar sauce to give it some color. Also spritzed with apple juice for the last 30 minutes. Once the legs reached 160 F, I wrapped them in foil to prevent burning. Grilled indirect at ~300F until internal of 165F. It turned out awesome!!
