If you're interested, the Best Ever Food Review channel did a video on Hue noodle dishes where one of the sellers made the noodles using grey plastic drainage pipes !! Paul

@htvchannel7172 to be honest, we really enjoyed all of the dishes because they were all so fresh! it was our first time trying banh nam and banh ram it, and we loved it so much, such an amazing dish. the banh bot loc came out fresh and we've never had them individually wrapped and still warm, so it was such an experience!!!

I will visit Vietnam in February, first HCM, then Danang and from there I will go to Hoi An and Hue. Can't wait to try the restaurants you ate at!

@@diontrann Kal Guksu - knife cut noodle soup. Similar to chicken noodle soup, but more flavorful broth and better noodle texture.
