Yes, the Jamaican accent is very different from Trinidadian. My heritage is Jamaican, we usually say Trinis and people who are from Grenada have a "sing songy" tone when they speak. Whereas Jamaicans don't

Are there places in China they speak English? Yeah, it's called Hong Kong. The UK used to own it and still would if they were smart. Not sure why they gave it to the Chinese, hasn't been going too well.
English was the official language until 1974, more people speak Cantonese about 88 percent, while English is spoken by 4 percent of the population. Hong Kong was colony of England, taken from China.
