Thank you for telling my story so beautifully Matt - it was such an honor to work with you and the team. You are an extremely talented film maker my friend! Can't wait for our next project together.
This is unbelievable man. Such a captivating project that I was grateful to be a small part of. Awesome to see it finally come to life. The lighting is perfect and the color grading between all the shots is cohesive and engaging. Love how the interview shot shows the greenery in frame to connect it to the forestry of the other shots. My favourite shot is the one of him riding the stationary bike in his house, the lighting and framing is too good with his body contrasting against the window light. And Zack is such a great voice on the interview, really impressed with his interesting take on finding balance between cycling and day-to-day life, and the intense passion that pushes him to stay so incredibly dedicated even when it's difficult to find time. He did an amazing job as a subject for the shots too!
I echo many of the other comments. Just a great video. Hadn't ever thought of cycling as addictive but as I thought about it, it truly is. Again, very well done and look forward to more similar content.
I realise this is North America, otherwise I would have said you can have more time on the bike by ditching the car; given the greater distances and poor(er) infrastructure, I appreciate that's not necessarily viable for most in NA. Makes me recognise how blessed I am to be riding in the UK!
