It would be more expensive as I'll have to travel from Pakistan 🇵🇰 otherwise I would definitely have come to you sir for treatment as I am having the L5S1 disk buldge issue for the last 1 year. Brother hanging bar exercise is very much effective.. I had l4 l5 s1 disc bulge and spinal stenosis..I went to chiropractor for 3 months ...then I start doing body bar hanging exercise.my pain was gone in 1 week.. after I went to Mri..everything was normal..thank to God and Chiropractor
