I was just thinking that them tacks ain't gonna hold up for nothing on top of all the porosity you spent more time sealing those welds with lead than actually welding it correctly I don't expect that to hold long at all if it's held up for over a week or so your lucky
This works cause the engine only gets to 160 degrees farehight when running,repair usually works temporily on exhaust manifolds.

bro those tack welds are not going to hold up. you gotta preheat cast iron, and most people use tig for cast. also needs to cool super slowly.
