In order for it to stick together you have to let it cool ,also the oil plus the butter plus the pan spray is not needed and just just a tip from chef to chef :have some shredded lobster meat to sprinkle on the top before the finishing layer of cheese goes on for presentation 🥰 this still looks amazing ,,with Love from NY 💕
I just made this on a whim, and man let me tell you!!! This was the easiest, not to mention BEST mac n cheese recipe I've tried in my 35 years. Salute✊🏾👏🏽
I’ll always say people have their own way of cooking their food and that’s totally fine . As long as the food is done , and is good then that’s all that matters. Looks good !
I made this a few months ago and me n my bestie love the recipe! I’m making this today couple with baked bbq coated wing dings & a cherry tomato mix baby spinach w dried cranberries & garlic parmesan dressing !
Omg I can’t wait to make this tomorrow I just finally started eating lobster cuz I was allergic to it n I’m so obsessed with lobster and especially the surf & turf 😍🥰 thank you for this recipe I just started following you and your food looks amazing can’t wait to start doing ur recipes
Lobster mac and cheese is one of my favorite dishes to make for my family. This one looks simple and delicious. I never put oil in my pasta water. It seals the pasta so it won't soak cup sauce. Makes the cheese slide off.
Finally someone who prepares Mac&Cheese like I make mine.. with an easier execution, I like how you put the milk cheese and butter in a bowl a pre mix.. im going to do it that way instead of one thing at a time into the pot of noodles
Brilliant!!! I made this for my girlfriend last night, and she never had lobster before. I think you made me points. She wants me to make it again, but more spicy. Oh, can I spice it up!!! Thanks, Chef!!!!
I never use bagged cheese as it has a wax coating on the cheese and will make it oily . I always grate mine by hand .. thx for the video. I always make a ru.. but hey everybody has their thing so thanks for sharing
Thanks man, I was looking for a great lobster Mac and cheese to make for a birthday. This was a hit and was easy for me to make. Subscribed for sure Thanks again!
Oh Lawd ,"You put your foot into this recipe "..I'm a seafood gal !!! Going to treat myself with this on my birthday this month 68 on the 26 ,God been good to this girl so treating her with this !!Thank you ..You are a very awesome on point Chef on directing us on your recipes!!!!
This does look simple and the finished product looks so good yum! 😋 I've never seen Carnation in a carton before only in a can. Also never heard about putting mustard in it.
I use a bechamel sauce or "roux" because I don't like eggs in mine and I do not use Velveeta. I grate my own cheddar and other cheeses. I have to say that I love the end result of yours though. Very cheesy. And nice touch with the creme fraiche. I am going to try lobster mac and cheese for the first time this Thanksgiving and the TH-cam search results brought me here.
It’s in the oven babeh yeah!!!! I need Creme fresh and brown mustard and moe lobster next time but I did a substitute w regular frenches mustard AMD a pinch of red pepper but I know it’s gone be good! It’ll be perfect when I do it again. Ty 😊
Great job Chef, You are a very good instructor making the complicated simple. You almost lost me at no rue but you made it happen in a simple nice easier process. So I will be dinning in with this one for sure. Thank you very much. Regards, Mark
I want to make this for Thanksgiving this year. Do you cook the lobster first and add it, or do you just let the lobster meat cook while it bakes? I'm asking because I don't want my lobster to be rubbery or tough.

I made this with shrimp and snowcrab. I recommend shredding your own cheese. Love the method!
Been looking for an “uncomplicated” seafood Mac & Cheese recipe. I’ve tried a couple but they took too much time. I’m definitely making this. Thanks!
Knock their socks off.
Looks delicious!! Thanks Chef❤❤❤

Heathen! Burnt cheese on top is the best part!!!! WHAT!
😂😂😂😂😂 just my opinion. I just don't like the taste. #YESChef #LetsCook
It is not the best part lol....
BEESSSSSTTTTTT!!!!!!!
No, not burnt...just crispy cheese. You could see his crispy bits along the edges. That's why those corners are so prized!
That what I was thinking 🥰🥰🥰

Nice. From f t. Myers. Keep em comin man.
Barilla noodles dont need oil in the water. Avoid the oil because the cheese wont stick to the noodle.
I was like dang you drying chicken with all that oil
Exactly!
Bring back muellers, I don’t like the new name brands

Yes , no roux is the true southern way to cook Mac and cheese!
Finally someone who prepares Mac&Cheese like I make mine.. with an easier execution, I like how you put the milk cheese and butter in a bowl a pre mix.. im going to do it that way instead of one thing at a time into the pot of noodles

Can you freeze this prior to baking - thaw, top and bake.
I am gonna have to try it so I will let you know.

By the way I’m subscribe by both of my channels

I want try this and also add in tail meat
I thought you were posting how to make the creame’ fresh?
Just type in Creme Fraiche Yes Chef
you could cook the shells into a lobster broth for more flavor
I thought of that but I didn't want that flavor to over power the taste of the Mac n Cheese itself. Just want to add to the overall result.
@@YESChefCreates my grandma wants this dish i think she will like your version shes a southern lady
She will love it. Thank you Alex.
One awesome cool guy!
I want the burnt topped Mac and cheese, I put bread crumbs on the top. Trying this with my twist
I’ve tried your recipe and it was a hit in our home for thanksgiving! Thanks for this recipe.
I am so glad you enjoyed it.

You had me at velveeta doesn’t go in Mac and cheese
Those shredded cheeses have flour to prevent sticking so the roux is already on the cheese.
Wish I was there 🙂
😂😂😂😂
