Q 12 is "were all these finished by you?" FInished is already a past tense word. "is" is used for present tense, where as "were" is used for pasttense. It is "were" because "all" is a plural word.

Can I get an explanation on why on Question 8 -Sentence- They shall have killed the snake. "SHALL" changes to "WILL" for the passive voice sentence? -Passive voice sentence- The snake WILL have been killed by them. Why not keeping it with the SHALL for the passive voice?
