Sounded great! I like the maple neck! I make mine very similar in shape, out of poplar with an oak fret board. Maybe I'll give maple a try! Looks really nice!☺
Dirk Albrechtson there are some great plans online to build your own! It takes an afternoon and maybe 50 bucks for the materials. That said, this man is an artist and owning a piece like this could be totally worth almost any price.

I just bought a CBG. I'm a drummer. never played a tuned instrument in my life, but I am bound and determined to learn to play this thing. It's being made and won't be here til June. I like the sound you are getting...what kind of amp and effects are using?
Your work and music are awesome. Would love to learn to play one, although I'm sure knowing how to play a normal guitar is required but still very cool.
