I would love to send you guys some once they are built
Fishing is not always about catching fish but being there in the moment and treasuring the experience and friendships you’ve formed in your life. Your drone coverage is really great as well.
I haven't caught a fish in months. But I enjoy just being out there each day. Working full time and being a full time dad to 3 young kiddos, it's just a recharge for me just to get out and be away.
Wow... just wow. I'm so very impressed with the amount of skill you possess as young as you are in not only in your ability in catching what I consider trophy class fish but responsibly navigating fast water. I conducted many search and rescues of persons younger and older than you. People tend to be overconfident and extremely ill-equipped to embark on their journey. Many were not rescues, but rather that of recoveries. I've seen many grievous outcomes, and I want to thank you for teaching safety first. Tight lines and stay Blessed!
really impressed in the amount of effort you all put into these films, it really shows your true love for fishing. even in those chin down don't think it's going to happen times, ya'll dig deep and get back to having a blast. wonderful video work as always even in the battery killing cold great job. have a beer and a hot tub
Really awesome content! Love the 7 day challenges. Love the scenery. Love that last buck! He was a bruiser of a stud. So cool how you stuck to it Jordan. Great job!
I've always loved how raw of a fisherman Marlin is, he is always for the content and everything obviously but the way he doesn't go extremely overzealous or boisterous. Just generally hyped as any fisherman would be when hooked up/being out on the water getting after it has always been something I respect and love about him being in videos and as a content creator! Plus he does so much work behind the scenes for addicted! Always stoked to see him in videos!
Up your hook size Marlin. I upped the size and my hook to land ratio went up big time. Wide gap. Size 2 for 8mm. Size 1 for 10mm n 12mm, 1/0 for 14mm, 2/0 for 16mm. 3/0 for 20mm n 23mm
"Blue backs" have you ever caught and ate them? They are young Coho Salmon. When you cut the gills, their buck literally turns blue. And they are the tastiest Salmon.
Hey guys......I love watching you fish!!!! It's the next best thing to actually fishing myself. I don't live near any salmon or steelhead water, but I grew up fishing for them on the Eel River in N CA. Jordan, you asked us for ideas for future videos and here's one. It's one that I always wanted to do but never did. I used to have a drift boat that I designed and built, and I wanted to go on an extended float, camping, and fishing trip. I'd love to see a few of you find a long, remote(ish) river, and pack all your camping gear, food, etc. and float, fish and camp your way down the river over the course of a number of days!!!! Doesn't that sound awesome? I always wanted to do that, so maybe you can do it for me! I hope you do it and that you have a great time. I also like how Jordan likes to cook and eat! I always loved doing that while camping too- I figured it was the best part of the end of a great day. Oh, one last thing, I remember many years ago I watched a fishing show and the guide cooked something (probably a stew) in a Dutch oven as he floated and fished down the river. He put it in a shallow steel tub with sand in the bottom and when they pulled over for lunch they had a lovely meal that they got to watch and smell cook as they floated. I was so totally fascinated by that that I never forgot it and years later took a class and learned how to cook in a Dutch oven. I never did it on the river in a boat though, so I'd love to see you do that too. So anyways, tight lines guys, and I love going armchair fishing with you- it brings back lots of good, old memories. God bless...........
Jordan at 46:00 gave me a whole new scale to rate the fishiness of the water: Limp, Half Chub, Stiffie, and Rager. Water was on the drop yesterday. Started at Half Chub and was a full on Rager by noon. Way to get after it out there. Fishin has definitely got tougher lately but we don’t chase steelhead because they’re the easiest fish to catch
This channel is so inspiring. And super humble. Some days you are the goat and sometimes these fish make you question everything you think you know about steelhead. I’m blessed to live in the steelhead alley. Mins from some of the greatest tribs this side of the country has to offer. But im yearning to making a trip out west.
Thanks for the time spent on the rivers in Washington chasing down a dream trip. Your time spent outdoors is valuable for those of us that if we could would be there right next to you enjoying time spent chasing steelhead.
Nice video. I appreciate seeing that not every time you go out is a perfect success. It makes it more real to the experiences I have out on the river. Also going through the struggles makes it more special when you have a really successful day on the river 🙂
Caught me off guard when Marlin started rapping headlines, I get weird looks when I pull up to the holes listening to anything that’s not country or classic rock. So it’s refreshing hearing that from other anglers 😂
1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours... I'll watch, however long they are. Longer vids equals more scenery, insight, tips, tricks, and maybe a new recipe I get to try. Keep up the great work 🔥
Day 7 running the rapids and bobber down for Jordan with a huge run. You can’t get any better than this. Awesome looking fish. T-3 months before my move. Another catch for day 7. And little standing by to get a nibble. Catching from a hillside with extras leeches. Definitely a epic journey for 7 days.
Fished some of the same streams a week or two after you guys, Three fish from three different rivers over three days. Totally awesome trip for me and it appears the same for all of you too.
I went the weekend after you guys and met Ruben at his lake house was the best trip of my life we went 4 for 6 on steel and a few sockeye. Was truly a epic day
Love watching these adventures!! I almost get goosebumps myself watching those bobber downs.🎉 These videos show the reality and excitement all at the same time!!!!
Amazing! Right above blue banks is one of my favorite places! Everyone in this place are some of the most welcoming people you will meet. Hopefully some day they can show Washington state how to take care of our fish an wildlife
I think you guys are exceptional fishermen but, would love to see you guys accept a true challenge. To go fishing for steelhead in a river that is not supported by a hatchery. My home water is the Navarro River, located in Mendocino County, Northern California. The Navarro does not have a hatchery nor has it been stocked with steelhead since the early 1980's, therefore all of the fish in the river system are wild fish. Four years of drought and questionable water diversions for the many vineyards surrounding the headwaters have made steelhead returns a challenge, to say the least. It is one of the northwest's most beautiful rivers to float but a TRUE challenge for any steelhead fishermen.
You gotta say we’re going out “ catching “ not fishing lol 😂 positive energy brings positive results baby ! I haven’t been skunked any day I can even remember . Tough days great days at end I always come through on something high water low clear doesn’t matter . Key is using what your confident with and trying other things and spots if it isn’t working . Fish aren’t there you gotta move on don’t waste time beating a hole their isn’t anything in or anything biting odds are the place already was pounded recently . That’s my best advice for ppl watching. Stay positive keep moving once you figure out what catches you fish in each conditions always use it in whatever condition more your out in all conditions you learn um .
At rivers that are "tidal influenced", meaning that there is an Ebb and a Flow, the depth of the river might change by 10'. Fish love to hang out right next to shore. Loosen the drag on the spool because, otherwise, a really big fish will snap your line. Cast parallel to the shore. 3' out along the shallow bank. #3 blue Fox.
The BUDDY BITE is 💯a real thing and such luck 🧡 Lol oh marlin I loved the vibe 🎉 ok so just finished 🫶🏼 was amazing video quality and gorgeous landscape with r crazy beautiful weather .. definitely a grind Jordan but u grind well and had some fun along the way .. beautiful rivers😍 fun snacks and I loved the commentary 🤌🏼 nice fish too
Another awesome video! Jordan any pointers for someone looking to buy their own raft and the best way to learn how to navigate the river and negotiate the rapids?

Can i ask",how do u get ur truck back where u end up at", the end of the day some one drive it for you??
@@tribunis_gaming6760awesome buddy!
I tell people I absolutely love to fish, I'm just too honest to say I'm a good fisherman while I'm at it.

My fiancé has been saying for over a year that she wants to brush out Jordan's hair. This episode was immensely satisfying for her.
Been an Avid Steelhead fisherman my whole life. Great show of courage, Honor and pure addicted love of the game.

I must say the weather on day 3 is definitely crazy and safety has to be a great concern that’s for sure. Jordan you got this from here on out.
We got hit with some of the craziest weather ever while we were there!
Jordan is the reason I got into fishing and helped me grow a passion for trout fishing couldn’t be more grateful keep it up bud
I have never laughed and cried more for Jordan then this 7 day challenge.
Amazing video fellas! The more days the better. I love how you guys are honest about your failures. Thanks for keeping it real.

Bottom of the ninth and it’s a spinner for the win!

I love the ADX media. Great stuff! Jordan reminds me of a Chris Farley character come to life, but in the best way possible!

Nice video. I appreciate seeing that not every time you go out is a perfect success. It makes it more real to the experiences I have out on the river. Also going through the struggles makes it more special when you have a really successful day on the river 🙂
Well said!
Caught me off guard when Marlin started rapping headlines, I get weird looks when I pull up to the holes listening to anything that’s not country or classic rock. So it’s refreshing hearing that from other anglers 😂
Finally a great catch on day 4. I’ve watched majority of your videos and yeah it’s always been about the chase for that ultimate catch.
24:00 need an anchor?
put the rock in a tough bag or spare net and tie off to it.
you don't need to care about the shape or losing it.
1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours... I'll watch, however long they are. Longer vids equals more scenery, insight, tips, tricks, and maybe a new recipe I get to try. Keep up the great work 🔥

That breakfast Sammy needs one. Crucial. Ingredient: beaver honey mustard.
Any video that you make I will watch however long it is I know it is going to be great
Great video! Fishing on that portion of the river is special!!🎣
That river with no float fishing was some big water! Would have to be tough finding em
You gotta say we’re going out “ catching “ not fishing lol 😂 positive energy brings positive results baby ! I haven’t been skunked any day I can even remember . Besides the great videos you guys put out, you eat the best foods :)
Way to power through! The work ethic on that boy.
