Lovely work. Who needs 'Silicon Valley' when you have CS-Labs making these great things :) The HDMI out is also very neat. Can't wait for it to be released.
Any more news on these? Are we close to them being able to pre-order yet? Do you have a extremely rough timeframe on release? 2020? 2021? Any info greatly appreciated.
Hi, I'm happy to say that we're almost ready to send the first units for tests and reviews. We spent a lot of time on debugging and fixing all problems and also providing functionality for users to easily upgrade board firmware(via a single file on USB drive), program up to three versions of kickstart and set CPU frequency on the fly. If the feedback from testers will be positive and they don't find any critical issues - we'll start to deliver boards to the customers very soon. Stay tuned :)
This yellow cable is there since this Amiga was new, honestly I didn't investigated what is this for. Some bug on PCB for sure. This short gray cable was added by me, because couple of years ago I removed keyboard connector and incidentally broke one trace on PCB.
Will you sell them as an option without processor, just the socket? Are you going to support 68040 cpus too? After all it needs only to adjust supply voltages, and maje a few rom adjustments. This may make your board much more affordable and give you a broader market at a little cost. Anyway, looking great!
We're currently have no plans to support 68040 CPU, because most of logic components on board is 3,3V only. 68060 will be soldered, so if you have one, you will have to send it to us, we'll check it and solder to board, but not yet. This is a prototype, we'll let know when Warp boards will be readyto buy. This will be definitelly this year, but I can't tell when exactly. As far testing going fine so it shouldn't be too long ;)
@@sellen052 please, even if you dont plan or support any upgrades or changes, use IC sockets wherever possible, massively prolongs device lifetime :-) IC sockets are that little door left open for future times... easy maintenance/replacement, upgrades, hacking, ... btw., very awesome work, fantastic :-)
Witam Panie Andrzeju. Posiadam Ami1200 z Blizzardem 1230 mkII, monitor LCD Samsung syncmaster 710mp podpięty kablem scart/rgb. Proszę o radę. Z góry dziękuję i pozdrawiam.
To be honest,it is better to make a video chipset that will eliminate the already outdated features of AGA.The processor can deliver fast but all depends on the data bus(slow) and an old-fashioned AGA chipset.
Fantastyczna robota!! Gratulacje!!!
respect for your work....wow...

This looks very promising :)
Great work!

I see some thin yellow and white wires soldered directly to chips. What are their purpose ?

Did you try OS 3.1.4 ?
Yes, its working fine on 3.1.4. I did't noticed any issues.
great
What is the price?

Rozumiem. Dziękuję za odpowiedź.@@sellen052
Great card! What about prices? Cheers, M
Its still a little to early to talk about price. Surely it will be competitive :)

How is it possible that there are 4 negative votes? :-)
