I’ve been watching your videos for two weeks.
Today a deaf patient came in.
I was able to communicate with her.
She was very surprised and very happy to see that I knew how to sign.
I was nervous and excited myself.
My first ASL conversation went very well.
Thank you for taking the time to make these videos and share them.
    ✌🏽❤️🙂💪🏽🙏🏽

This was frustrating the heck out of me until I learned how to slow the playback down on the video. At half-speed it's perfect for beginning (for me), and I can practice and then when I'm ready, I can watch at full speed and sign along. I am enjoying these videos and have recommended the channel to a friend with kids!

Wow! I love this video so much! I study ASL at least 10 minutes a day, often relying on your videos and this one is now going right in my favorites to watch very regularly! While I do very much enjoy the other videos and will keep watching them, this kind of speed practice is ideal for where I'm at in my learning. Thanks for this! Looking forward to more in this series.

Thank you for this. My toddler is non-verbal, but picks up sign language very quickly. This gives him a way to communicate even without words.

I love this channel, I've been learning some ASL here for a few months but I'm going to be a camp counselor this summer! I heard there's going to be a camper who is hard of hearing, she knows ASL and I want to try and make her time there a little better. Got any signs for a summer camp?

Is the difference between "today" and "now" the bounce?
Thought 'today' was signed = "now" followed by "day".

There are sign variations, depending on location, age of signer, etc, that version of day is 'now-now'~
