Sonic Lost World (PC): Windy Hill Zone 4 - Time Attack - 39.83

Sub 40 is real! This run is really good. It can be improved though.
The main improvement is something dss did in his run. Simply don't double jump after breaking out. I didn't even think to maintain the spindash from the break out and it saves almost a full second (about 0.8s). The rest of the time save is just doing everything a lot more optimally than before.
