Well u may be wrong in conclusion , video editing also matters single core performance , i5 has better , if you are not copying, watching yt and have 5 tasks open in background , i5 will again better the R7. Isn't it?
I think single core performance (i5) is for gaming, and ryzen probably is better in video editing cuz of more threads, so for gaming i5 and for rendering and stuff ryzen

4800H comes under 7nm processing architceture while 11400H comes under 10nm processing. So 4800H is better and more efficient while 11400H cosumes more power(less nm proceesing more power efficient). But 11400H has slightly better clock speeds therefore the single core performance is a bit better than 4800H. And for games single core performance matter more. But 4800H is a better multicore performer that can do heavy tasks.
