- Former Enuff Z' Nuff singer Donnie Vie is back. He has a new band and a new record coming out this summer to talk about. He's also gets very real about the music business and his relationship with his former band mates. In fact there is very little about his life he doesn't at least touch on in this wide ranging conversation.

Beautiful things is an amazing production. Donnie Vie has been resurrected and came back (believe it or not ) better than before. The guy is like a vintage wine. His music just makes my life that much more enjoyable. Thanks DV
Donnie Vie is an awesome musician he and chip should have never went separate ways donnie has a great voice he can write and play.
Yeah both of them seem down to earth guys but for some odd reason Chip just doesn't wanna do it. My band and I opened up for Chips Enuff Znuff and we hung out with Chip and out of respect I left the whole Donnie thing alone bc its not my business but do believe if Donnie was in the band they could pack out some venues. Unfortunately without Donnie ur getting a small crowd

Not tht Donnie needs any help from me for songs but man I got ideas n the inspiration comes right from mr. Vie..theres something tht happened in 1972 ish and I swear Donnie was there..yes we wud of only been 8 .

I'm sure this has been thought about and all that , but i would go after the 1st albums royalty's. I allways wondered what the total sales were , ik it's platinum , but there is a big difference between 1 mill and 5 copies and 1 mill 850k lol , love y'all and am glad i got to see enuff-z-nuff live 5 times back in the early 90's !

How is everybody so sure hes not clean are u with him daily..doing a bump during this video is a low blow i take offense bc most bumpers become tweekers seconds later n are not able to focus let alone talk like he is talking here..I hate when ppl get honest w there addiction n try to go foward after getting clean and still are nailed to the stake as a junky...theres 3 sides to this story Donnie's.. theres & the truth..amd how do u kno Donnies isnt the truth...BTW hes a smoker so thts proly what youre hearing...Donnie I wanna share this interview w my son just for him to hear what u have been thru bc I believe he will gleen some hope from this..Thanks for sharing...youre an A AMAZING AUTHENTIC ARTIST and yes youve made a fan for life.....Respect youre calling out the TRUTH w the snakes in the musical grass....and life in general my friend.
I love the band members of Z'nuff, a real life Spinal Tap. You can literally here him doing bumps during the interview. Rock Star shit.

Donnie, your voice is better than John Lennon’s voice. I’m sure he influenced you, but you are American 🇺🇸. I feel bad for the history of Enuff Z’nuff. You all should have been celebrated in this country instead of the reality. I love the new recording. Keep your artist heart ❤️
Donnie was worried more about the party side of the music business and not the business side of the business. He would hang at the play boy mansion instead of hanging with the financial manager. Vik was the smart one that payed attention to royalties and received them. Donnie was in rehab. Yes Donnie. Royalties. Duh. Your fault if you did not know about them !!! Puff pufff. You were a better guy when you were high.

I always told k i wanted to spend time having you HEAR my songs ide save a oz of the stuff end up she knew i stay gone for days but chip to me treated me like some fly on the wall not me man you were always cool WHEN we played and i came to HEAR you guys loved your stuff
Johnny Monoco had less then nice things to say about Chip as well. I will give Chip credit for trying to keep the band moving forward, but he has no business (or voice) in trying to sing anything. Love the band but I wouldn’t pay $3 to see the current version perform.
Funny story, I got to see them for free a couple months and wanted to grab a t-shirt. It was $30 (which is what tour shirts are on average) and I had two 20 dollar bills. Chip was working the merch table and tried keeping the other $10! I asked for the change back and he tossed me one of their modern lamewad cover albums! What a chowderhead!!!
And then Corona V hit... so much for the tour. Guy can't catch a break

donnie, come on brother. i watched all of this go down for years. i will sum up what i saw with my own eyes. chip is gene simmons. all about money and making more, you are ace freehley, you love to play and make music but you never did pay attention to things. alot of your business issues were just left to flounder and if someone hadnt stepped up and taken control when you were a total mess, it would have all vanished. if you are clean, and have your ducks in a row, and you can go to chip and say i want to do this again but as a business man. chip would cream for the chance to promote the 2 of you back together. but you have to cut the crap. somebody had to be a grownup and you had no intention.
Their financial mismanagement is epic. If they hired me in the 90s, they wouldn’t have had the stress. Oh well.

Officially it was AWHI but he did appear on other albums after he left the band. He was also on Brothers, Tweaked, Peachfuzz, Live, Ten, ? And Clowns Lounge.

It's a shame...I feel like they got caught up.with the "image" that really didn't match their sound...As for me,I can say I instantly wrote them off as in image band when I saw them...They also showed up a tad too late to the dance which also hurt them

I saw him play when he was touring with Adler's Appetite in 2010. Alex Grossi (Beautiful Creatures, Skid Row, Bang Tango, Quiet Riot, ect) was playing lead guitar. And Rick Stitch on vocals.
Chip had a blue polyester suit on with white dress shoes. Women were googling over him that night 🤣.
