50 TPH, glass grade silica sand washing plant installed at Rajpardi, Gujarat, India. This plant is designed to produce low iron silica sand suitable for float glass manufacturing and foundry. Equipment's installed in this plant are attrition scrubber or drum scrubber, jet sizer or jet-sizer or hydro sizer or hydro-sizer, spiral classifier, gravity classification, spiral concentrator or vertical spirals or gravity spirals, trommel screen or rotary screen vibrating screen. This plant can also make high quality sand for foundry to desired AFS.
