I am no expert but can see your getting a fair amount of what looks like mud reaching the oversize output most is traveling down on the screen supporting bars something fixed on top of them at intervals would prevent that happening as much. Also the indeed is biased to one side if the conveyor speed is reduced a little material could process down both sides more evenly. You get better sorting and efficiency boss is happy gets more return you get thanked maybe a pay rise.
Where is it and how can you mines easily . I also have stone crusher in J&K it's so difficult to mining here I'm also looking forward to upgrade to this type of plant let's see hope for best. Thanks for that clip 👍👌
screen is not operating fully, because the conveyor is not feeding the screen to its full deck, this also effects the screen balancing and leads to shorten the life of screen ... a feed box is needed there ...

I would suggest putting in a feed box where water mixes with the material into a slurry that will screen easier.
Your drone shots are outstanding. Perhaps a description of what we are seeing would be good, especially for those of us who don't work in quarries.

I also suggest putting a deflector plate or splitter to use the entire screen area and avoid the unwashed material that's happening.
I can feel the pain changing those screens lol. Should go with poly top deck

It looks like washed pebble and sand with mud? If there is mud or clay impurities in the input is it separating from sand well?
How much of the sand runs off into the settling pond? I assume it can be recovered?
