Recently i have dated a narcissistic person! I made a mistake I left him thinking that he will be more happy without actually I can't able to control my anger and I used to make her cry ( my bestie she was not happy as with others but she loves and cares for I was a selfless and caring and over protective person ) I used to fight when she is with others and we had a fight over it I get angry try to ignore her and later I feel so guilty I used to say her to leave me but she dont later she used to gey off for months I feel so bad I used to think I am bad in her life once a boy purposed me for a marriage at 16 I said yes but thinking we are friends and later we will marry but I left him when I came to know the reality it's a dumb shit seriously I broke his heart it too impacted me I have low self esteem I started hating myself and left that friend he cried alote when I seen him woth other friend I get jelous I was 1st time jelous for him and we fought he was like why you left me and I self harmed and blamed them( actually told them and I was hurt it was scary.. I ruined my friendship and relationships too) After that I stopped talking too much and stop showing my caring and loving nature as it creates problems I feel bad then that drastic change were also impacting my friends 😂😑 I was unable to forgot past and stucked in it I keep harming myself somewhere and it's just emotions that why she never get confertable and trusted me as to other🥲they tried to make me feel confertable even that boy came back but I was not ready I stucked myself in past that I used to questioned blamed them I said I did this that for you and sometimes just to control emotions I used to hit the wall I used to hurt them then says sorry and says I never meant to say that but I already used those words I was soo blaming that that'd why changed myself then she made a bf I used to say other boys🥲that she don't want and bad that her family is strict ,she I get angry that I never went in relationship and lost that boy you are doing this I allowed her but later lash out she sended me cute messge that I am not bad person I was like I am I get trigger and harmed myself and I don't know how I sended her pics later I felt soo guilty I said I did this that for you,why were I was not enough and she said I never said and at that time I stopped right she never in anger I said her I will tell at home your secret now don't trust me and leave the boy or I will leave him ( to whom I love) in angry and jelousy why she never choosed me but now I feel it's her life and to the boy I did bad to him abd stopped trusting he trued hard for me I went into depression after my more sins I keep on hurting me and never gave commitment to boy I used to say once I tell it at home then I will now I told everthing at home but that biy no more wants to stay he waited for 4 years ...but now I soo depressed and kittle things make me paick and shiver an MD I cry alote I balmmed him ( not intentionally) I want to say my grades are getting bad ( becoz of overthink ) please confirm about relationships I yelled at him jaldi batade kaya karna hai mere tih marks bhee kaam hote jare hai like this ..... I tortured him fir same mistakes several times ..... I never learned to forgive myself and others too I hurted everyone soo much I don't want to I have a selfless nature ...I am selfish too like for love I don't think I am superior I feel like I am worst but in anger I said I don't deserve you you people dont to me 😂🤣 I never meant to that and I stopped listening them I cry for my stuff I made this that mistakes I didnot changed myself I feel like I m trying to be victim when I cant able to accept mistakes or attention seeker somewhere and they left me I respect there decision becpz i was becoming toxic to them no one understands that I am bad they says you can't do that you are innocent and dumb girl I lost myself with my own mind
