    Sometimes you come across a video that within the 1st 3 minutes, you know that it's something different and special. This is that video. As long as you stay as authentic as you presented yourself here, you will be extremely successful . Now back to some more of your videos, easy to watch because you are honest with yourself and not afraid to admit what we all have experienced and don't admit to, or forget and become judgmental. 5STARS

I think I made the right choice. I’m not breaking the bank on 300 black out just imagine the cost training and stocking that round incase of civil unrest or worse.. I try to keep it simple.

    7:39 a sling is like a holster for your rifle, but better. A pistol can be taken out of your holster with minimal effort, and once drawn there's nothing securing it. But a sling has to be removed from your rifle or body in order for the rifle to be taken from you.

    Luckily, I have never been one of those "I wish I knew.." types.
    I got in the game way back in the 80's.. started shooting as a teenager and bought my very first legal firearm at 16.. but I always had knowledgeable people around me.. people who taught me the ropes.. and whatever I wasnt taught, I learned myself, and I learned to do my research FIRST to avoid making any mistakes I would end up regretting.
    Most of these new firearms owners today just jump right in head first.. thinking they know it all.. and they follow what others do instead of thinking for themselves.
    This is why especially in my own Black 2A community here on TH-cam a lot of people all have the same old boring firearms on their channels.. all you will ever see is AR's.. AK's.. Glocks.. and Dracos.. and maybe a shotgun.. and you will hardly ever see a bolt action or lever action rifle.. a black powder or single action revolver.. or any historic or unique or antique firearms - they all just want whatever they see in the movies.. and whatever is the "latest new thing" - not everybody.. and Im not trying to generalize.. as there are some really awesome Black 2A Gun Tuber channels out there.. too many for me to even list!
    Still.. you will hardly ever see any Black gun tubers who are into reloading ammo.. or who are into any real gun smith work.. (yes.. there are a small few) but I have seen many who do not even know how to disassemble/reassemble their firearms for simple cleaning or even for minor repair.. and they run to a gunsmith for every little thing.
    If there is any one thing that I wish I knew.. I wish I would have known the importance of buying good quality high end optics and not settling for low/mid tier optics.. not to say that I wasted lots of money on cheaper optics.. nothing wrong if it is all you can afford.. but I did learn the hard lesson of Quality over Quantity.. and that quality optics and accessories can definitely improve one's performance.. but skill just can NOT be bought.. and can only be achieved through practice and consistency.
    Awesome video brother.. stay humble.. and keep up the good work!
    Salute!

    New sub fam. Hey fam can you explain why a lady should buy a gun ? I ask my 27 yo daughter that she should get one and take some training classes. Because it's very weird out here and it's good to invest in yourself. Stay bless ✌🏾

    • @navyvet886
      @navyvet886  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for taping in to the content. I appreciate that as well as feeling comfortable enough to ask for my opinion on the matter. My reasoning behind a woman buying a gun is the same as I’d say for any one to buy a gun. “It’s just like car insurance. We pay it year after year and almost never have an accident. It’s the one time we let the coverage lapse and out of no where, a semi hits you”. I think our preservation of our own lives is just as important as making sure you eat and drink water. Women needing to be armed is even more of a statement since so many people in society tend to underestimate and undervalue women. Just seen a news clip where a Uber driver popped a lady in the back seat, assaulted her and left her body on the side of a high. Another instance, a woman was in a trash can. It’s all f’n sad and I feel for the people affected by the tragedies. Those are even more reasons why I feel women should be just as armed as men are out here, in a safe and responsible manner. Sorry for the long tangent but I feel better knowing that women are out here armed and trained, ready to protect not only themselves but also their families .

    I've never understood the magnifier on a "home defense " rifle 🤷‍♂️. What's the point? Shooting at distance wouldn't technically be self defense according to lawyers

      Eotech magnifiers have quick detach capabilities so I can just flip two switches and it falls off or I can just pop it to the side in less than maybe a second while it’s still attached
