Thanks for sharing , I am living in Canada now , when I was in my country st Vincent and the Grenadines we made it every weekend ,at that time I was younger ,we grated it ,strain it leave overnight then in the morning take the cream of and make the oil , lots of work at that time., but it was nice having your own coconut oil.🙂

A good brand of Kombucha . You can buy this at most grocery stores. Even convenience stores in Canada anyway. This will heal your stomach.
It is probiotics.
When this was suggested to me, I thought no way an over the counter product would work. Tried it in desperation. Stomach healed within a month, completely helped within days.

This method of prepartion can be claimed as healthier than the branded oils available in the market and the process may also be simple. But certainly it is a tall claim that this is "healthiest in the world". Why not the healthiest? First grinding in Mixer generates heat because of high RPM because of which it looses its good value to a great extent and adding to it the process of heating and preparing Coconut oil can further distort the quality. It is like Britannia Ad which says "Digestive Biscuits are better than junk food but that doesn't make Britannia biscuits healthiest ( after all it is also made of Refined flour). That said, I certianly like his clarity and knowledge and watched many of his videos, but this one seems surprising. Tendulkar also gets out with no score some times.
